We came here at the suggestion of neighbors and have wanted to check it out for years. So glad we finally did. We had such a nice time. We started with a dozen clams. Wow. Fresh like they just came out of the water. I know clams as I used to sell hundreds of bags a week to restaurants. These were better. I had the French onion soup because I always try it. Excellent. Great broth, nice toast and perfectly melted cheese. We both had the roast beef platters. It's what they are famous for and got us there. Perfectly cooked and seasoned and what a fabulous gravey with it. Go there for the roast beef and go back again to try more from the old school menu. We will. Prices are reasonable. Selection for every taste.

I want to show my respect and gratitude to the this wonderful restaurant from I believe who is the owner that wanted to show me curtesy to get up to help seat me to the wonderful servers with so much kindness and allowing me to finish my food and drink though I got here late and they are now closing as I speak. But they told me no worries and finish my oysters and drink. This place also reminds me of my grandfather’s place from the nice smell of this very charm duo and characteristic restaurant. You will not be disappointed and will enjoy your time. Even watching others whom are older than me enjoy each others company at other’s tables that put a big smile on my face bc the old ways are not the same as modern days but this place still has that old way of amazing people around you. Please, visit this restaurant and experience the happiness inside my heart as I did.

The food was great. The waitstaff outstanding. Only reason I wouldn't rate this higher because the place needs a really DEEP cleaning. Things were sticky - yuck. Especially after what this country has gone through you would think they'd be more careful.

The menu is better than it was but it still is missing the veal. I remember decades ago loving the veal dishes that were fantastic the great thing about this place is everything tastes so homemade not like your local pizzeria or your local Italian place it's always fun to see a Ferrari parked in the parking lot. I really suggest this place especially since I had my parents after death reception and they're smaller room it was perfect and a really nice memory. Also the bar is wonderful and the drinks are exceptional.

My family and I always have an excellent and comfortable experience visiting this restaurant. Our orders are always fulfilled accurately and delivered with care, and the staff is always very friendly.I wanted to take a moment to apologize for my past behavior at the restaurant. During the past few visits, I acted inconsiderately towards one of the owners, and I realize now that my behavior wasn't appropriate. I am sorry for any discomfort I may have caused.Thank you for providing such an enjoyable dining experience. I look forward to returning to the restaurant soon.

Went there for a company lunch. The service was fast and the server friendly, the food was good and the atmosphere all around was nice. If I'm ever in the area again I'll give them another try. A+

I can't judge the food, but next time I will! The atmosphere was ok, 70's early 80's music, was a nice throwback. Bar service was slow but whatever, overall, I will be

French Dip was bland and quite rare ( my fault, should have asked for more done). Fries were plentiful & HOT when served ?. Service was good, with refills coming quickly. Yummy cheesecake & the tartufo ROCKED!

Salads here are perfect! I got seafood and my friends got chicken. We were all surprised at how good they were, the spinach and arugula they use are top notch and they give you a lot of the protein too, highly recommend. Trivia on Thursday nights are fun too

I sat at the bar, had a glass of chianti, and the Portobello Florentine. It was around 630 on a Thursday and it was about half full. There was hardly a wait for anything and I am definitely going back for that app again.

We held my grandfathers repast at the Crows Nest today. I was pretty disappointed. I’d like to say that the wait staff was lovely. Attentive, polite and prompt. The food was awful. Everything was bland and the texture suggested that it had all come out of a freezer a half hour before. The cream of chicken soup resembled hospital food both in taste and appearance. To make matters worse, many of the glasses and dishes were dirty. To the point that I passed up on consuming water while there.Wouldn’t recommend. The automatic 20% gratuity would have been more then acceptable had the food been better. That being said, I hope that gratuity went directly to the wait staff and only them.

The place was empty when we walked in. We sat down and were ignored for about 10 minutes until finally we walked out. They weren’t busy so we couldn’t understand why no one came to our table. Very rude bar staff as well. We’ve visited in the past.-if you’re not old or a regular you’ll be shunned. Skip this place!

The WORST Italian food I've ever had. Came here for my mother's birthday and everyone was extremely disappointed with the quality of food- bland and tasteless with zero seasoning. What a disappointment .
