From the moment I walked in I was made feel welcome like I have been shopping for years. The location was super relaxing and cozy. Lisa was super helpful and very generous. The reason for my visit was the SEA MOSS GEL and let me tell you it tastes amazing. The portion is also amazing, she let me try a few different flavors and even let me know they can customize a sea moss gel for you. Which means the next time I’m definitely trying Black Cherry. Overall my experience was 10/10. I will be coming back very soon.

I finally made it!!! After my 1hr & 30min drive. Sea Moss Factory did not disappoint!!! Let me say that again… Yesterday visit to the Sea Moss Factor Did Not disappoint! I been trying to get there for over a yr.. Yesterday’s visit was amazing. I am very happy with my purchases! That hot tea! Hibiscus & more had me trying to figure out how I can turn around get more and make it to my next appointment on time . No worries for me , I just remembered they do ship. I recommend and will recommend the Sea Moss Factory!

I went to this store about 3 weeks ago. I purchased sea moss, juices and was given an Elderberry Hibiscus Cinnamon Clove tea that was absolutely amazing. The sea moss comes in different flavors. The staff there was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all of my questions. Thanks to the owner Lisa and the cashier whose name escapes me but her customer service wont be forgotten. This place is worth the trip wherever you are.

I cannot say enough good things about the Sea Moss Factory and Lisa herself. What an incredible person, owner and product. I had been wanting to try seamoss for the longest time, and when I was feeling under the weather, just ahead of my birthday earlier this year, I said, let me find a local place to support. And up came the Sea Moss Factory in Hackensack. Lisa hooked me up, gave me what I needed to feel better, including ginger shots that literally got me better before my birthday trip. I have been hooked ever since. Not to mention she has gone above and beyond to get me what I needed when my husband was sick with Covid. I am a loyal customer and recommend her highly! So happy I discovered The Sea Moss Factory! I’ve been doing a lot of research and decided to start my sea moss journey. Lisa came in early on her day off just to help me and educate me a little on taking sea moss, the benefits and the results. She’s amazing and the sea moss tastes great. I tried some of their sea moss sorbet too and it was delicious!

My friend/coworker shared an Instagram reel about The Sea Moss Factory NJ and because we take sea moss daily and purchasing online has been challenging at times I was excited to stop in since it's local. Well let me say this, Lisa is such a Beautiful spirit, knowledgeable, genuine, and kind. She made my first visit such a pleasure that I will make this my go to spot for not just sea moss but many other health focused items. The conversation was so effortless and authentic...no pressure in purchasing anything, which makes it all more inviting. Not too mention, Lisa allowed me to sample some treats...
