Very small inside, really retro. Sliders, not burgers…..so order more than 2. Really good. I like onions, but it was heavy on the onions. Def worth the visit, prices are crazy cheap. $3.60 for a double cheeseburger!!

I fear I have to give a tough rating based on the right now, I understand the history and allure of the establishment but right now there is absolutely nothing special about the burgers from here. Idk if before they were different somehow but I’ve tried the burgers here twice now. First time ever in 2024 so idk what to compare it to. But as of September and October 2024 I don’t understand the hype. The burgers are TASTELESS. The onions pickles cheese are a standard but shouldn’t be the reasons why a burger tastes good, and frankly is a sign of a bad burger. So again idk if I missed the glory days of this burger joint but there are so many other places to get amazing delicious burgers from.

Great place for specialty burgers very unique. Great prices def a feel good spot to sit back have a great burger and some laughs . Service is fantastic let's say old school you feel special

What a gimmick! If this weren't in Hackensack, I'd call it a tourist trap. The ordering process feels like something straight out of Seinfeld's 'Soup Nazi' episode. The chef only takes burger orders, while his assistants handle everything else. The crowd sits in silence, watching the performance, nodding in approval as they chew. After a long wait, the food arrives—frozen fries with no crunch or salt. The burgers are small, greasy, sloppily assembled, and just about average in taste. This is fast food that takes far too long to prepare. I hope you like onions, though, because they’re everywhere.
The only highlight? A cute girl who seemed to have come from New York, looking for an authentic NJ experience. Too bad she was with her boyfriend.

Incredible experience. Cheap and delicious. Fun environment. A must go if you are able for some delicious burgers.
Parking: Super easy to park in their lot, even at a somewhat busy time.
