Food is okay, and the service is questionable. They do not provide the food that you order and mess up your order

Hackensack spot solved our usual dinner argument problem. Got a bunch of different things nobody had to compromise on. Actually tasted fresh which surprised me honestly

Was super skeptical about the whole order-from-multiple-restaurants thing but tried it anyway. Pizza was legitimately good which shocked me. Gonna branch out next time for sure

Stopped by with my daughter after soccer practice. She got what she wanted, I got something completely different. Both ready fast and actually hot. Will be back soon
Figured this was just another overpriced delivery gimmick but tried it anyway. Completely wrong - it's always been phenomenal since my first order. Everything arrives actually hot and fresh, not reheated garbage. Their fries stay crispy, steaks come out perfectly medium-rare. Really surprised how good the quality is for delivery food.

Someone described Wonder Food Kitchen as a “food court,” and that’s the best way to explain it. It’s one location serving food from different brands that’s made somewhere else and reheated.
The food was disappointing. The General Tso’s chicken was very sweet and didn’t have the savory flavor you expect. It was also soggy and forgettable. The pancakes were oily and had a strange taste—almost like a cheeseburger—which made them hard to eat.
The rice was the best part. It was actually very good.
Dessert was also a letdown. The Magnolia Bakery banana pudding was partially frozen and had freezer burn. The banana flavor tasted fake compared to the original version. This could be because it's a banana puree instead of fresh bananas.

I really wanted to love Wonder in Hackensack, but I’m just extremely disappointed. I’ve ordered from here easily 6 times, and every single time they’re “out of stock” on something I ordered. It never fails. It’s frustrating to look forward to something and then consistently get notified that it isn’t available.Today was the first time I tried delivery, mind you, I live literally two buildings away, and they still managed to deliver it to the wrong building. For a place that seems to pride itself on convenience and efficiency, it just hasn’t worked out that way for me. Upon reordering my meal to be delivered to the correct building, I was notified that they are now out of stock of the tofu. lol Can't make it up.

So finally tried Wonder. The new express concept where you can order from several famous chef's restaurants all under 1 roof.
Sort of new concept. I think of it like a high end food court 😀. When you and your family can't decide, order from wonder.
They mostly serve take out but there are a few tables for dine in.
Burger Baby
Truffle Fries and Bacon Cheese Burger, both were delicious
The Mainstay by Marc Murphy
Shishito Pepper needed some sea salt
Pork Chops were superb, thick but still tender, was able to cut it with plastic knife
Hanu Pokémon
Custom poke bowl, it was good. The Ginger dressing was separate but really good!
Now we're curious about other items.

When Wonder first opened at the Hackensack location, the order sizes were consistent and better. However, when I order from Wonder now, the portion sizes vary. One day I might receive a full serving of fries, and another day it’s only half full. The same inconsistency happens with the salads (I NOTIFIED THE WONDER CUSTOMER SERVICE ALREADY, BUT IT'S STILL HAPPENING). Just yesterday, I received a half-filled salad with only a few shrimps. I suspect they may have hired a new person who isn’t following the standard operating procedures. This inconsistency is going to hurt the business, and people will end up buying less as a result.

Ordered 3 meals from the Hackensack location including Pad Thai with Shrimp. Receipt stated the same. I get home...no shrimp. NO SHRIMP! Also, only 3 computers at the location to place an order? New customers who are not familiar with the service need more time. Finally, there was no one out front to assist customers. Tried to call...nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The worse customer service that I’ve seen

Primarily for pick up/take out but the options are excellent. I love the concept and it's similar to what you'll see in Europe where converted locales offer various cuisines. We've ordered 4 times already and every meal has hit the spot. Bobby Flay and Royal Greens have been standouts so far.
This last time I had the benefit of having Marco Flores assist me with the order, who couldn't have been more patient and helpful. The guy is an asset to the restaurant.
