Ordered food for lunch with a pick up at 12. Ordered at 11:05AM. Walked in only and only 1 person in kitchen. Was not greeted. After 5 mins he asked can I help you. I said picking up my order. Never said it was not ready..walked in kitchen grabbed someone else from futher back thatI couldn't see. Never said sorry not ready or running behind. Stood for 17 mins after my pick up time. The woman pack the bag didnt say 1 word just put it on the counter. No sorry for delay...nothing!
The point of order ahead is so your not standing around while they make it. It was my lunch break of 30 mins and I was standing waiting for 20 mins of it. I feel if they even said sorry or acknowledged it - it would have made a difference but ignoring it or and customer sucks.

These burgers are absolutely to die for, right on par with Shake Shack, if not actually better. The bacon cheeseburger is five stars plus and their seasoned fries with there amazing mystery dip are the perfect side for it. My only complaint is that the place is a little bare decorations wise and there are occasions when the staff won't answer the phone but the food is worth every last penny and then some when it comes to quality and ecstatic deliciousness.

Atmosphere needs some decor and very bland. I haven't had a really good cheeseburger in a long time and it was prepared very well. Fries were above and beyond as well!

Ordered delivery from 30Burgers through their grubhub storefront Wild Wild Wings. They forgot an order of wings. When I called they apologized then asked me to drive to the store. I said no either deliver them or refund me. The gentleman on the phone refused to do either and repeatedly put me on hold. I spent 10 minutes on the phone before he hung up. I called back for 10 minutes straight. They first callback they immediately put me on hold without saying a word. The remaining callbacks they didn't pick up. This is the only restaurant I've ever ordered from that got the order wrong and then ghosted me.
regarding the food, the fries were great, but the wings were undercooked.

Food is good enough to be tolerable. Only two people working is pretty bad. Ordered online and wait only said 15 to 20 min for takeout. I got there a few minutes late, but add 30 minutes to that too since they are so short staffed........ They're working hard but poor MGMT.

Quality gone downhill. No cheese on my chili cheese dog. Fries are no longer those good thick crispy fries but are like shoe string fries and the whole entire bag was burnt to a crisp.
Imagine a really nice unbranded five guys with better food 😁
