We wanted to order wings and got scammed at ordering the Half tray of wings. They do not say how much comes in the half tray and it's $50. We only received 34. The 20 piece wings is $28. The 10 piece wings is $15. So for $7 more, we get 4 more wings? We called and they confirmed a half tray is only 34. The pricing makes no sense and you're paying more per wing for the higher quantity. We talked to them about this and said nothing they can do.

Feb 25,2024 I ordered for pickup a bacon cheeseburger. It was delicious it was quite large it filled the entire box. I have had burgers in many businesses in Hackettstown and this is number one. I would definitely will come here again for a burger I've had their seasoned fries in the past but not this time but they are delicious also.$10.95,Sharon

Big Menu, Loads of Items. I ordered something that my mouth didn't want. So I can't honestly say how good they are. But I'll try again.
Frustrated because online it says they are open and drove a half an hour to find them closed at 4:00 on Sunday.

I've been wanting to try 30 Burgers for some time, and tonight I finally had the opportunity. The counter staff were super friendly and my order was ready in less than 10 minutes. I had the Six Alarms burger, which was perfectly cooked, constructed and presented. It was a very good burger. It didn't have quite enough spice punch for my taste, but the patties, bun and toppings were first rate and I think if I had, say a bacon cheeseburger next time it would probably be a 5-star burger. To go with I ordered fries and onion rings. Both portions were huge and perfectly cooked. I would have preferred if the fries were fresh cut at this price point, but they were very tasty. I enjoyed 30 Burgers, but overall the question is whether I would go there over Five Guys, which is about the same distance away, and with which 30 Burgers competes directly in almost every way. It's a close call, and I think I'll need a few more visits to each to make up my mind.

My family loves the burgers here. So taste wise, it's a 5star. But tonight, I was treated rudely by one of their servers. I came to pick up an order that my son placed online. After I had left, my son calls me and told me that I was given the wrong order. So I had to turn around and return the order they gave me and pick up the correct one. The guy at the counter told me that I took the wrong bag. I told him he gave me the wrong bag. Instead of acknowledging and apologizing for his mistake he actually blamed me for taking the wrong bag which he handed to me.I don't care if this is the best burger joint around town. I will never go back to this place unless management apologizes for their employee's rudeness. I am all for customer service. Train your servers properly or they should not be in the food service environment.

If you’re looking for atmosphere go somewhere else. If you’re looking for a solid burger and fries this place is great. Burgers are well presented too not just thrown together. You’ll definitely want to take a picture. Fries are nice and crunchy. Shakes were good as well.
