Food is so great. But service sucks. The waitress is always talking to the costumer and she forgets what she is doing all the time. I go there since they reopened and service is good just at night shift. The waiter is so lost and on weekend the teenager doesn't know what she is doing. So if you think on going, go for dinner, the lady there is really nice and kind with everybody

Dont usually put reviews, but this place was amazing. The waiter was amazing, extremely interactive, extremely informational about the menu, very lively, and kept up with the drinks constantly making sure we were good. The atmosphere was beautiful and very unique and very clean. The food was extremely good, and they were very customizable with swapping things out. And the desert was very good. And she was very honest on what was fresh made in the kitchen and what was bought from a restaurant store.

I love this place. I'm from AZ, when I'm anywhere close to the diner, I come here! Always VERY welcoming, food is amazing, they accommodate all my changes. Homemade pies, cakes, etc. Diana is a REAL gem and is always SO KIND and a pleasure to see each time I come. I've also brought my brother here and his girlfriend, all at different times! Don't hesitate, come to the diner and enjoy! You won't be disappointed! 💙

Ordered on door dash and ordered tres leches cake which they then proceeded to switch to apple pie without my permission, charged me for it and this is the nastiest looking piece of fake pie I’ve seen. Won’t be ordering from here again and it was literally my first time. Clearly no one working here has common sense

Food is always excellent I haven't had the pleasure of going in person just yet!! But the Apple pie is always given to us when we order an it's just awful. Desperately need another recipe. Nothing else to say about the food. It's always great. It's just that damn apple pie, 😅
The food came pretty quick, but service was so bad. Our waiter checked on us at the very end long after all of our waters were empty and we were done eating. We had to get up and grab salt, pepper, ketchup and hot sauce. And we also saw other patrons do the same, so this was not a one off. The atmosphere is pretty cozy, but nothing about this place (portions were okay for cost) would compel us to come back. Expected more since this place has pretty good reviews and is a local diner.

Went to the Allamuchy Diner for the first time. My adult daughters and their respected spouses and children took me out for lunch for my birthday. Our waitress was a very nice Hispanic woman (I forget her name). The food was excellent. Unlike the typical diners in New Jersey, this diner has an atmosphere. The menu was a list of meals from breakfast to dinner, unlike any other. The eggplant parmigiano on panini bread was excellent. I'll be going back soon. Everyone at my table loved their meal.
