They have some good slices, and the staff is wonderful! I'll probably stop here again. But I was here between 8-9pm on a Friday night, and they need to keep those slice pies coming out! In the past 10 minutes I witnessed 6 people want plain slices but they were out, and offering people specialty slices, or to wait for a new pie. Remember, it's always better to have a couple to many plain slices, then potentially turn away business. In my experience at least. But yeah, good food, good people. I was just passing through, but if I find myself hungry in the area again, I'd definitely stop back.

Change in plans before a performance at Centenary College left us with little time. Discovered this family owned and operated gem, couldn't recommend more. Bread is made fresh daily, chicken piccata, baked ziti, and ravioli were all delicious. Service was gracious, warm, and responsive to our time schedule. Delighted we happened into Bruno's.

I stopped by here for lunch while working. I’m not from this area but by the grace of god happened to stumble upon this gem. Best chicken bacon ranch pizza I’ve ever had. I kinda knew walking in, this pizza was going to slap after meeting the staff. They were also very polite. 10/10

Brunos is the best. The pizza is just the start. They make a homemade bread that tastes out of this world amazing. They do so much more than pizza- and the service is fantastic. Luna and her brother are amazingly friendly, the prices are reasonable..and the food is great. You will not be disappointed.Kid-friendliness: Great place for the kids!

Warm Cardboard - Pepperoni PizzaLet me start off by saying that it's not my desire to destroy businesses through poor reviews. However, I do believe in keeping them honest. If you don't tell a business what they're doing wrong, they won't know to fix it. I don't go out often because I'm often disappointed. I can make crappy food all on my own. (I'm a decent cook actually and cook often.) Wanted to try a new pizza spot as I hadn't ordered out pizza for probably well over a year. I think most of the pizza joints in Hackettstown are fairly terrible. I make pizza every Friday and take it seriously, so I know pizza. You can think what you want in terms of the quality of my personal pizza, but it's a solid. Just wanted a change the other night.I'd give this place a 0 if I could. Had to be one of the worst pies I've ever eaten. Easily top 10. I'm always hesitant ordering a plain pizza or something simple like pepperoni because I have this fear that they could easily just reheat a plain pie, slap some simple ingredients on it if need be, and call it done. (Had it happen one time that I actually know of.) Not sure if that's what happened here, but that would be a much better excuse for this hot cardboard garbage.I got there and opened the box before paying just to ya know, check it out. There was ricotta cheese in several spots. I don't care if you like ricotta cheese or not, the order was for a pepperoni pizza - not a pepperoni pizza sprinkled with ricotta. I questioned it and the woman there told me it probably came from the pizza cutter. Um. Okay. I brushed it off and let it go deciding it wasn't worth my time. I was wrong. I should have abandoned ship there. I don't care WHERE it came from. How is that my problem? And why should I accept that? Answer: I shouldn't. You shouldn't.Got home with it. (I'm 5 mins away.) It was warm at best. It was burnt and overcooked. I could barely chew through the crust (I'm not just talking about the end crust. I'm talking about the crust of the entire slice.) There was no bend whatsoever. Those slices stuck out and hung there like hard cardboard, and that's exactly what they tasted like. The only flavor came from the subpar pepperoni. I should have taken it back. It was that bad. Unfortunately, I suffered through it out of the inconvenience of going back. Don't do what I did. Take it back or at the very least, call them. I ate the other 4 slices the following night cold. That was the only way to get through them. Couldn't eat the crust because it was rock solid. Should have thrown it out.So many people are content just eating garbage because I think they're just used to it. They've never experienced great food, so they're happy with crap. I'm not. Learn to cook, people. Restaurants are getting worse and worse. They don't care because people continue to eat their garbage and never say anything. On the rare occasions I go out, I'm disappointed time and time again.
