Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I had an awful experience at this restaurant under the new ownership. I saw food that had fallen on the floor being put back on the grill—completely unsanitary and unacceptable. When I asked about my previously earned loyalty points, they told me to “take it up with Joe,” the former owner, and refused to honor them. The new owner was rude and dismissive, showing zero concern for cleanliness or customer satisfaction. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

My wife and I have been going since day one and and have never had a bad meal and the staff/service is always top notch. Joe, Mary, Sam and Troy know most customers by name and treat you like family. As word spreads, business is growing - If you haven’t tried yet please do - you’ll be glad you did!.

Took forever for a sandwich, the staff looked confused, and the other bagel order was completely wrong.

I ordered at 10:35. Now at 11:10 the omelette was just started. Food is good. Store is badly understaffed and organized.

I pick up a bagel before I come to work. Place looks better than I last visited! Santa in the front has a wardrobe, and it's nice to see on my way to work. The food is pretty good, though I have yet to try the whole menu.
My only issue is what's playing on the TV, but I'm not going to come into someone's house uninvited to rearrange their furniture. If tv is not your thing, they play some decent music. (getting sidetracked).

I'd say good place!

I ordered qty six 1/2 BREAKFAST trays Catering order for my daughters Baby Shower / Brunch . Half trays included scrambled eggs ...Mexican scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage pattys, French toast and pancakes. I also had lunch/dinner entries along with the breakfast selections Hackettstown Bagels provided. The food was perfect for what I needed and for the number of guests I had. Thank you to Robert, to the owners and staff of Hackettstown Bagels who helped make our baby shower a huge success!
Would highly recommend !

This was one of the best TEC I’ve had that I can remember. The whole wheat everything bagel was excellent!! We sat outside by the river where they had some tables and chairs. Was a nice start to the day!
