I used the mobile app this morning, put the order in 20 min before I'd even be there. I went to the drive thru to be told I had to wait in my car by the front door because my food wasn't ready still! The Hispanic woman was also very rude! Let's keep in mind there were 3 cars in the parking lot & no one was ahead of my in the drive thru. I waited an additional 10 minutes by the front door for my breakfast. The same rude woman handed my food, didn't apologize for the wait & simply walked away. I was 10 minutes late for work, received the wrong Croissant sandwiches & am very disappointed. But fast food workers want $15/hr to be rude & not get orders right?! I work in Healthcare, if I ever made an error I'd be written up or worse! I haven't been to the Hackettstown BK since Spring because of the rudeness of the employees & my order was incorrect then as well! I thought maybe over several months things changed ....nope! Never going back! It's not "Have it your way!" "It's ohhhh well! Not my problem!"

Ordered my food about 10 minutes before I arrived, 2 meals and an extra sandwich for a group of us- and it wasn't ready by time we got in. It took an additional 5-6 minutes of waiting to get the order.

Depending on the time of day and depending on the day itself meaning non weekends if you order something slightly different than what's offered for example a cheeseburger without ketchup you will end up in hamburger jail. Hamburger jail being when they make you pull forward into the parking lot or at the end of the building until they walk it out to you however overall nine out of 10 orders are correct would recommend
Burger King is enjoyable as they truly fix it your way. Enjoyed.
Vegetarian options: Because they make it your way you can have almost anything vegetarian. Vegan is hatder.

Tried to order on Whopper Wednesday the special offer. Team barely offered to help get for a code and after waiting 45 minutes just ordered and paid full price. If your manager cannot even communicate to customers and no one offering to acknowledge the deal even after seeing the option on my phone, no wonder Burger King is struggling. So disappointed with this level of customer service.
