The food was hot and ready and delicious as usual but the real star of the show tonight was Jason at the drive up window. The way he presented my food and returned my credit card to me could have been so boring but this kid laid some personality on it and it made my night. He was about a half step short of calling me M'Lady and I'm here for it. You better hope the USA Network doesn't steal him from you BK, because this dude has character.

Today I went to this restaurant with my children. I work from 10 am to 10 pm, and that's the only time I can take them to play. I went last week at the same time, and they told me it was fine for my children to be in the play area. Today, they denied me access to the play area even though my children were already playing. I canceled my order and took my children out; they were crying. I believe that if they have a schedule posted on the sign by the door, they should respect it.

They didn’t turn off online orders despite being closed. Girl told me I had to contact support for a refund. Did that, got a robot who will not give me a refund even though my order was never made. Will be calling my bank for fraud charges and never returning here!

The service is terrible. Never order online they will mess up your order. The atmosphere is terrible and they made ME feel bad for asking for an order remake even though IM allergic to pickles. Never come here, if I could give 0 stars I would and my advice to the owner would be to rehire your entire incompetent staff. This is NOT the first time I've had an issue here, but it will be the last.

There seems to be only one person in the morning who takes the drive thru orders AND makes them. They rush to give you the food without asking if you need condiments. One time, they walked away so fast that I had to wait 5 minutes for her to come back just to ask for ketchup. Please be more attentive to your customers, it only takes a few seconds to ask if they need anything else.
