They didn’t turn off online orders despite being closed. Girl told me I had to contact support for a refund. Did that, got a robot who will not give me a refund even though my order was never made. Will be calling my bank for fraud charges and never returning here!

The service is terrible. Never order online they will mess up your order. The atmosphere is terrible and they made ME feel bad for asking for an order remake even though IM allergic to pickles. Never come here, if I could give 0 stars I would and my advice to the owner would be to rehire your entire incompetent staff. This is NOT the first time I've had an issue here, but it will be the last.

There seems to be only one person in the morning who takes the drive thru orders AND makes them. They rush to give you the food without asking if you need condiments. One time, they walked away so fast that I had to wait 5 minutes for her to come back just to ask for ketchup. Please be more attentive to your customers, it only takes a few seconds to ask if they need anything else.
Take my granddaughters there . This burger king 👑 has great tasting food. The whopper taste like it should. So it was a fun time 😄

The staff at this Hackettstown BK is always so courteous, the food is always great, and they decided to keep the Impossible Whopper at this location (the whole reason we go to BK), unlike some other locations.
