Use to be good 4 years ago. Now the new staff is very rude 😒. When a business establishment employees start to think they are doing a favor to the customers it doesn't feel right. a true smile goes a mile away. We always tip heavily and there is no simple thank you. Its sad to see how far this icecream shop has come to have no customer service left. Employees dont wear gloves when preparing the icecream or wash their hands. We still love the icecream from here. But I think they could do better with their customer service. Hopefully we will see a change 🙏

Came here for birthday cakes & I got a couple truffles today. They were very nice people. I've gotten ice cream here & a cake in the past & it's always delicious. If we weren't so far away, we'd be regulars ☺️

First and foremost, I want to let you know that I have given this place a million chances, but I am more than convinced that it is not worth it. Second, the prices are ridiculous. Today, I went to buy four small ice creams, and I based my order on the display photos. The price showed as $9.05, and the combo included four different topping. Mind you, the display does not indicate that each different ingredient in your ice cream costs an additional $1.25. So, a basic ice cream with just one topping is $9.05.
The ice cream I ordered had four different topping—cinnamon, yellow cake, pecans, and one more that I don’t remember. Since that's what was shown in the display, I assumed the $9.05 covered everything. No, nooooo. Each additional ingredient costs $1.25 on top of the $9.05 for the ice cream. So I payed like $16 for each small ice cream ??? Including tax. That’s insane.
On top of all that, I don’t understand how Cold Stone hires all these kids who are so immature, unprofessional, and lack customer service skills. I had ordered waffle cones, and when I got to my car, I realized the cones looked old and were stale. So I went back and explained to the girl working there that the cones were stale and asked if she could please give me fresh ones. She said they didn’t have any more. So, I asked, “Can you refund me for what you charged me? “ They told me, Anywayyysss, we only charged you for one cone, implying they had given me two for free. I didn’t ask for my receipt so I don’t know if that was true.
Not only that, but she also rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude. Mind you, I had already left them a tip because the guy who helped me at first was very nice. But the other girl was rude, disrespectful, had no manners, no customer service skills, and no professionalism. I will never go back there.
I recommend that they hire better staff with proper customer service skills. Second, they need a better way to store the cones so they don’t collect dust and go stale. They need a better system to keep them fresh so people don’t have to complain about their quality.
Finally, they are overpricing their ice cream. I just cannot believe how much money I spent for four small ice creams and one cone. With those $60 I could have bought so many cones and ice cream somewhere else. At least at Dairy Queen. Please avoid this place.

The times listed on line are incorrect. I walked in at exactly 9:30 and was told they were closed despite the door not being locked and surving the people infront of us.

Whew. The price of the like it creation just surprised me. Given that I don’t pay for it since I’m here for business, it doesn’t matter but a like it for $9.05 is a lot. Normally they are about $4-5 around the nation. It was good ice cream and good customer service. The same that I get everywhere…. But $9?! That’s a lot
Last review posted is a lie! I was there! The doors were locked because it was after hours and the employees were serving the 2 parties (of 8ppl) that walked in while the store was open! Next time check the hours before hand, and know hours vary on holidays! You should be ashamed of yourself for lying!

Showed up 30 minutes before closing tonight, employee was in the building and helped the people right before us but locked the door on us, and then left immediately after serving the other people. Closed shop early. Very disappointed, never coming here again :/
