I came here around 5ish possibly 6 and there was only 2 works they had colorful hair, and even though it was busy they still had a smile on their face and did their best that they could with the crowd of people and cars

Me and my daughter went inside and waited for them to come so we can get our ice cream, then these workers just keep ignoring us and acting like as if we aren’t there and just do their own thing, we stood there for 10-15 minutes straight. And also it wasn’t even busy, they didn’t even look at us, they didn’t even tell us like “sorry we will be with you in a second” this is just extremely rude to act like this to your customers!

Staff was friendly but the inside seating area needed cleaning as most of the tables and floor were sticky. Came in around 4:30 pm and there was only one other patron. $7 for just a cheeseburger as I opted not to have the combo and $8 for a medium hot fudge sundae. Although both were tasty, I could have gotten similar quality for half the price at McDonald’s.

Just picked up an order of small and medium blizzards for a total of almost $30, med is like a small, completely hallow. The small ones are like x- small. The blizzards were barely mixed! Some days they don’t have vanilla, this place by far is not what it used to be anymore! Sadly

We waited at the counter for 5 minutes! Then a young lady with purple hair in the back came out with a complete attitude and a dirty look on her face! So we figured it was better just to leave. Won't be going back

I have been to this place 3 times now and EVERY single time they are out of country gravy !! How is that possible ?? Like order more if you know you keep running out or send someone down to Walmart to get some packs of McCormick!! Sort it out.
Dairy Queen on 57 it's Friday at lake 8 o'clock and they will not open the store only the drive through I watched dozens of people leave dissappointed and I am sitting here waiting for my DoorDash at the window this is not fair terrible customer experience

I have been pretty disappointed with this location recently. First I had placed a mobile order and got there waited 15 minutes. I was then told that the machines were broken and that I could get a refund online. Considering I was on my lunch break and had to get going I said ok. That was a lie refunds are only given in store.
The next instance was today. There is only one employee manning an entire place… she can’t keep up with everything and it’s not fair on her. Dairy Queen step up your game. Very disappointed

I just have to express my joy i experienced at my recent visit to Dairy Queen! The owner (?)& co worker went above & beyond for me!. I ordered online & when i got there, the kitchen said closed. They did make my food, when they didn't have to! Im alone this 4th of July & they were so sweet! I so appreciate their kindness ! Thank u so much for making my whole night! Mickie
