Ordered a sundae, ya know, vanilla ice cream syrup drizzled at the top to puddle at the bottom? Initially received a cup of vanilla ice cream with a tablespoon of strawberries around the cup. Asked if they were kidding- where's the syrup? Girl at register - blank look. I said again, can I have the sundae topping? She looked at me and walked to the back. The customer next to me said- I don't blame you. Like right? Guy who made it came out and said we do that so it doesn't spill, here i gave you more. So I had a vanilla cup of ice cream w slightly more strawberry something. Never again. We never went there at all last season, now I remember why. With so many other choices within a mile, you think they'd step it up. Nope. Owner obviously does NOT care. See ya! Here I come Friendlys, Rita's, Das Creamery, any of the farms around us, but definitely not this pit.

Wish I could leave 0 stars it was so bad. The girl at the drive through around 8:15 on Friday gives me spoons she gave to another person and tries to give me those spoons for my ice cream says they are different ones but watched her put them back on the counter. they where already contaminated had to wait till I got home and my ice cream melted won’t be back

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Dairy Queen for years, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Since the current blonde manager took over, the atmosphere has changed—service has become cold and rude. I recently ordered a milkshake and two large Blizzards as I do everyday. When I got home, I discovered something black in the shake. I went back to let them know, and the manager told me she couldn’t do anything without the shake. I explained that I had thrown it out, but she still refused to replace it. As someone who’s been a great customer for years, I found this extremely disappointing. I had no reason to lie, yet I was treated with indifference. That was my last visit. I mentioned this to my colleagues and they agree she is rude.

While the ice cream was good, I had to repeat the order several times, and still they got it wrong. I didn't have the patience to wait for them to fix it. Poor service. I know these are just kids working there, but if you value your business, get a more competent manager working the shift.

This place is so filthy, the floor is sticky. Counters, windows & tables are filthy. Just saw a kid stick his finger in someone's blizzard. We just walked out. Never will go back

Rude and Incompetent staff.
Tried to order an a plain vanilla ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday and had to deal with a rude and unpleasant staff. I called more than 24 hours before, which I had done several times a year over the past 6 years. This time I was told they can’t make a cake because of staffing issues. My kids have allergies and can only have custom ice cream cakes, and this lady was unwilling to help.
I was able to get the cake at the Dairy Queen in Kenvil, pleasant staff.

DON'T COME WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This place is the worst. They shut the grill off an hour early or even close earlier than listed but will also allow online orders to come through. There is constantly people pulling in getting out to find they closed the doors early and having to leave or come for hot food or to pick up online orders and have to leave. STOP WASTING EVERYONE'S TIME!! I'VE WATCHED 20+ people now come park and get out of their cars and then leave. Orders always messed up and cold. And after trying a dozen times since its the only dairy queen near by still NOTHING IN THE BLIZZARDS AT ALL. DUST NOT EVEN CRUMBS. GET IT TOGETHER YOU'RE PISSING OFF THE ENTIRE TOWN.
People were inside but resturant was closed. Drive through menu was on but no one spoke for 10+ minutes. I guess they closed 30 mins early but why leave drive through menu on and employees were still clearly there.

Becky was amazing in serving me and my crew as we showed up for lunch. Very professional and quick. The staff was great but Becky's customer service skills stood out dealing with the group that came in. Keep up the good work Becky!!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a Dairy Queen! The new management has made all the difference and even gave my son a free cone! It’s so clean and has definitely become our family’s favourite place to go
