The pizza was terrible. The cheese wasn't even melted. A salad was missing from the order. We then received a phone call, that that salad wasn't available. There would be no refund but there would be store credit. Why did you charge me for something I didn't receive in the first place? Should have called and asked if there was something I wanted instead. The message that was left in regards to the mess up, was rude.

This store is one of the worst Domino's store I ever tried..Pizza maker is always lousy..some parts of the pizza are extra thick, others thin..dough is under proofed, hard and doesn't rise properly. The owner didn't respond to complaints sent through corp website in any way! Lousy owner..

Delivery man was a gentleman, we ordered Coca-Cola and the store didn't have it. Manager decided to deliver sprite instead of Coca-Cola . When the delivery came we refused sprite that was delivered, delivery man said sorry and walked away, 3 minutes later my doorbell rang and surprised to see the same delivery man with a Coca-Cola on his hand.
That's the man who cares for his job and customers. And the manager didn't care even a courtesy call to his customer to let me know that he runout from Coca-Cola and decided to deliver whatever he wants.
Friendly staff, open late, great coupon deals. Pizza, sandwiches and salads are all good!

About every two months I give this dominos another chance because they are so convenient for me. About every two months I'm reminded why I don't order here. This is by far the worst dominos I have every seen. The last three visits were all either wrong orders and or not ready for 30 mins after quote time. Horrible management.
Put my order in, I walked down to pick it up. Website accepts the order. Website says it's getting cooked at 11:50. Granted we ordered late. I got to the door at ten till midnight. It's locked. I can hear people in there. I knocked twice, loudly. No answer. Then I called the store...also no answer. Why have posted hours if you don't honor them?
Ordered online. Had to pay 5.50 for delivery. That’s ridiculous. Then left a tip on my online order. Driver asked me for a, “tip, no tip?” Really?

Marcus was an awesome delivery driver,
came here super fast based on the fact it's New Year's Eve and roads were closed down. Whoever prepared the food did a great job on the pizza (besides the random stray piece of pineapple) and the sandwich. The pasta was terrible though, only about 12 pieces of pasta. Photo attached, that's just weird and uncalled for. I wanted to give you guys a try again, it's been a while but unfortunately Wharton Domino's will continually and always be the champs for me. P.S. What happened to the breadbowls?
Great experience
Placed an order on the app tonight and received a notification that it was ready. I went in the store to pick it up and the screen in the store also listed my name and that my order was ready. When I got in there, the store associate told me it would be done in a few minutes. After waiting a few minutes, he informed me that they forgot to make my pizza and it would be another 12 minute wait. Mind you, I had groceries in the car and two young children with me. I asked if I could get a discount and he said he’d ask the manager.
After waiting 13 minutes in my car, I went back in and my food was ready. I asked if he talked to the manager about a discount and he went and ask a gentleman making pizzas and came back and told me I could get a free drink. I asked for the manager’s name and he refused to give it to me. He explained to me that it was his fault but I explained to him that it’s the managers responsibility to talk to me and make things right. The manager wouldn’t come and talk to me and the associate wouldn’t give me his name and eventually walked away from me.
I’m horrified that the manager refused to handle a customer service issue. I order from this store a lot because my daughter loves it but I will not order again if this is how they treat people.
