This Dunkin’ Donuts is terrible. Do not go here if you don’t have to the lady in the morning sucks and she’s very slow. Had me wait 30 minutes for bagels all to tell me they wouldn’t be ready and if I wanna leave, I can leave do not go here. Terrible experience.

This is by far the worst dunkin around. I have ordered ahead a few times, order is never ready when I get there. Something is always missing, and when I try to ask, it's eye rolls. I mean I've ordered food waited 15-20 minutes and left and had to fight it out with customer service to get my money back. The dunkin on mountain ave is better and not too far, so I rather go to that one.

Ordered ahead for something quick before my next appointment- gave them plenty of time but when I got there the food was ready but not the drink - waited while all these people were being served- even those that came after- realized I was going to be late and this employee was not going to make my drink I left- I have never seen such apathy- guess she figured a senior citizen does not deserve the same courtesy as a 20-something customer- that’s it for me UPDATE- this place actually deducted money from my DD account- that is criminal!

The place is very dirty and grimy. The floors were covered in coffee stains and there are crumbs everywhere. There was not a single clean table when I went to eat there and had to request them to clean it. There were barely any napkins and there was sugar all.over the countertop where the straws are.
Truly, this could be a cute little place but it's not. If the management was better, this wouldn't be an issue.
