I come to this dunking almost daily though when I order food they'll tell me they have it though give me something completely different than what I have ordered or even there may be a line out the parking lot for drive-thru and noone seems to take order for a good period of time. I have never had as much issues at 1 dunkin donuts than this one. Hopefully an actual manager can start working there daily through open hrs to actually fix the problems that go on there & i have heard those place has had plenty of complaints š¤¦āāļø
Very good
I just had an incredibly disrespectful experience at this Dunkinā locationāone thatās enough for us to take all our sports and concessions business elsewhere.
We had placed a large mobile order. When we arrived, the store was closed to walk-ins and was drive-through only. We pulled up to the window, as there were no other customers, and tried to give our order number. A man came to the window, screamed at us with kids in the car to āgo around to the speaker,ā and then slammed the window shut while we were explaining we just needed to pick up our order.
He then walked away and stared at us through the window as we sat thereāstill the only customers at the store. We were forced to drive all the way back around to the speaker, give the order number again, and then circle back to the window. There was no apology, no explanation, just intentional rudeness and a complete disregard for basic customer service.
We are regulars who visit multiple times a week with our sports teams and concessions orders. But after this experience, weāll never return. This was not just unprofessionalāit was hostile and unnecessary.
Dude this is unacceptable. Like do they want to eat burnt food? Cause I sure don't specially if I paid for it.
Only got a DD coffee. Place seems old and bathrooms are locked. You have to ask for a key. But they made me a fresh hot cup of coffee. DD needs to upgrade the menu and store. Not a place to sit and have a fresh donut.
Egg and Cheese on Croissant is excellent. Service is usually good.
I love a good ol Dunkin donuts. I started purchasing my coffee from Wawa or quick check because it was cheaper. Not anymore it's just around the same price so why not grab dunkin
Usually gets my order right but forgot cheese last time on my sandwich. Poor mistakes and sometimes not the freshest food. Could be better.
This is one of the worst Dunkins. Literally every time my husband and I go here, they get our order wrong. And when you ask them to correct it, you're met with a disinterested remark and a half assed attempt at fixing it sans apology. They couldn't care less. Today was the final straw: coffee order incorrect and lukewarm.
Do not spend your money here or you will be disappointed.

Don't waste your time. Drive thru service is the worst I have ever been through. If you don't want to serve people you are in the wrong business. Go somewhere else if you want a cup of coffee.

I had the same experience as the recent posted review . Extremely rude women at the counter and the man there threw his dirty towel into the donuts! I have never experienced this level of disrespectful service and reached out to corporate. I used to love this Dunkin but will never return there. They just seemed like they couldnāt be bothered and were not happy they actually had to work at their job, and all I ordered was a refresher, which was made wrong! Very unfortunate.

America crawls on Dunkin. Slowest one Iāve ever been to.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered an espresso shot and a plain avocado toast. The woman who took my order was extremely rude. At first, I thought it was a language issue since Iām a foreigner, but the way she looked at me when I approached the register felt very disrespectful. As a foreigner living here, Iāve gotten used to certain looks and attitudes, but this was beyond what I could overlook.
However, what bothered me the most was the behavior of the man working in the kitchen. He literally threw the food on the counter. I might be able to tolerate rude behavior toward me (even though it's unacceptable), but I cannot tolerate disrespect toward food. I paid for that mealāI'm not asking for charity, and I'm certainly not a beggar. I work hard for my money, and I expect to be treated with at least basic respect. Farmers work tirelessly to provide us with food, and to see it treated so carelessly is disheartening. There are people in the world who can't even afford food, and yet here, the staff treat both customers and food with such disregard.
I walked away without saying anything due to the language barrier, but I honestly didnāt even feel like eating the food after it was thrown at me. Yet, out of respect for the food, I couldnāt bring myself to throw it away.
Why does this place hire such disrespectful people? Many people come to Dunkin' for a morning coffee to start their day right, but experiences like this just ruin the mood. Canāt they hire better staff or at least train them to be polite? I will never return to this location.

Placed a mobile order and waited inside for 15 minutes for one drink. One young lady was working and making drinks and two others were on their phone ignoring their stack of orders
Very customer focused
