This is one of the worst Dunkins. Literally every time my husband and I go here, they get our order wrong. And when you ask them to correct it, you're met with a disinterested remark and a half assed attempt at fixing it sans apology. They couldn't care less. Today was the final straw: coffee order incorrect and lukewarm.
Do not spend your money here or you will be disappointed.

Don't waste your time. Drive thru service is the worst I have ever been through. If you don't want to serve people you are in the wrong business. Go somewhere else if you want a cup of coffee.

I had the same experience as the recent posted review . Extremely rude women at the counter and the man there threw his dirty towel into the donuts! I have never experienced this level of disrespectful service and reached out to corporate. I used to love this Dunkin but will never return there. They just seemed like they couldn’t be bothered and were not happy they actually had to work at their job, and all I ordered was a refresher, which was made wrong! Very unfortunate.

America crawls on Dunkin. Slowest one I’ve ever been to.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered an espresso shot and a plain avocado toast. The woman who took my order was extremely rude. At first, I thought it was a language issue since I’m a foreigner, but the way she looked at me when I approached the register felt very disrespectful. As a foreigner living here, I’ve gotten used to certain looks and attitudes, but this was beyond what I could overlook.
However, what bothered me the most was the behavior of the man working in the kitchen. He literally threw the food on the counter. I might be able to tolerate rude behavior toward me (even though it's unacceptable), but I cannot tolerate disrespect toward food. I paid for that meal—I'm not asking for charity, and I'm certainly not a beggar. I work hard for my money, and I expect to be treated with at least basic respect. Farmers work tirelessly to provide us with food, and to see it treated so carelessly is disheartening. There are people in the world who can't even afford food, and yet here, the staff treat both customers and food with such disregard.
I walked away without saying anything due to the language barrier, but I honestly didn’t even feel like eating the food after it was thrown at me. Yet, out of respect for the food, I couldn’t bring myself to throw it away.
Why does this place hire such disrespectful people? Many people come to Dunkin' for a morning coffee to start their day right, but experiences like this just ruin the mood. Can’t they hire better staff or at least train them to be polite? I will never return to this location.

Placed a mobile order and waited inside for 15 minutes for one drink. One young lady was working and making drinks and two others were on their phone ignoring their stack of orders
Very customer focused

Very slow service, stood in line for 10 minutes before walking out, not one person in front of me was served during those 10 minutes.
Sad. Employees are very rude and do not care about the product. Will hand it to you wrong and when asked to fix I received a ton of attitude & trashed it the second i walked out. Waste of time & waste of money.

I stop at Dunkin when I'm on the road and there is no nearby alternative for a decent cup of coffee and quick snack. Dunkin consistently has a piping hot cup, and with typical fast food service, which is to say uneven and often belies both the "fast" and "food" descriptions. Today I walked in because there was a line at the drive-thru and no customers inside. I was waited on quickly and searched the busy, ever changing, electronic menu display on large digital screens above the counter, but looked in vain for the price of a cup of coffee and a donut, which once was a salient feature of this global franchise. I looked over the donuts for the least sugared and processed variety, which appeared to be the "old fashioned" style. I could not recall if these are the cake or the deep fried type, so I asked the server. She didn't know but asked the other workers, who didn't know either. She explained that "they are shipped in, we don't know." I was astounded that none of the workers have received any training that included badic product knowledge, and perhaps have never even sampled the products personally. I decided against a donut, and ordered only a hot black coffee. It was fine. The 3 staff members were busy and seemed to have a pleasant, working relationship and demeanor. I have no idea where the donuts came from, how long it took for them to go from manufacture to point of sale, or whether they arrived fresh, frozen, or something else.
