We were customers of Frank’s for years but when I purchased a bunch of sandwiches back in the summer I had asked for a bag for the sodas as I could not carry them out individually. The guy behind the desk just rudely handed me a bad and made me bag the sodas myself. Then today, I go back and the woman behind the counter, who I believe is the owner, does pretty much the same thing. Had a bunch of sandwiches to take and a couple of sodas. She didn’t even have the courtesy to place the sodas in a bag and when I asked her for one she rudely told me to put the sodas in the box along with the sandwiches. Didn’t even have the courtesy to place them for me. Horrible customer service. We always were faithful customers but no more. We will be bringing our business elsewhere.

Pay $8 a piece for garlic knot sandwich’s $24 dollars in total and can’t get ranch when I ask for some on the side even when will ing to pay for it the workers gave me an attitude. Very rude people for over priced items like you can’t spare ranch. Never will come here again.

We go to franks about 2-3 times a month and sit and eat. I bring my 3 year old daughter to get pizza and french fries and she loves it and she loves the staff there. Food is great

Wow. We ordered a family special. It Came with a Large pizza, cheese steak , and fries. Along with it we ordered a breaded chicken bacon ranch panini. And two desserts. Peanut butter pie, and a slice of oreo cake.
Pizza had barely ANY sauce. Had no flavor AT ALL. Terrible. We asked for a small side of sauce for the cheese steak and was charged $1.50 for it. The PB pie was like rubber. Oreo cake was tasteless. Both were the tiniest desserts I have ever seen for the price. Outrageous. Soooo angry and disappointed. The cheese steak was disgusting. The meat tasted so bad.
The only thing that was half decent was the panini and the garlic knots
( which were complimentary. Go figure)..
Anyway, just be cautious.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

We ordered from the catering menu for a party we held in our home. Everyone raved about the food. The staff was so friendly and helpful from planning how much to order to the pickup. We could not have had a better experience, and we will definitely use this service for future events. Highly recommend!
