I ordered catering for my son's birthday party this passed weekend at franks pizza of Mansfield. Ordered penne in vodka sauce with chicken, chicken francaise, garlic knots, 2 pizzas. The food was absolutely delicious. It was steaming hot and all the guests at my party had nothing but compliments towards it. The chicken francaise was the best ive ever had, hands down. I was very satisfied with the purchase!! We will definitely be returning to this location and catering from them again in the future. Thank you Franks for an outstanding service!!

Been getting the exact same size and type of pizza for the past 2 years. It was always $17 and some change. All of a sudden now it’s $21 and some change? $21 for 6 slices better yet. Cmon
We have been going to this Frank’s Pizza for over 25 years. It is by far the best in the area. The owners and staff are incredibly supportive for any special requests. We’ve used them for catering for birthday parties and other family gatherings. Our family and friends rave about the food. The portions, quality, and prices can’t be beat. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband surprised me with a small calzone and I was shocked at the price for it. Our local pizza place sells it for 5.50 less. The sauce tasted like tomato sauce and the calzone was "tough". Sorry but that was my first and last time going there.

Ok shop but they act like still in NYC no refills on soda gets a big NO NO from me. Something so simple as service ruined the experience and I do not recommend this place. Too bad Frank's let a little refill get them a poor review. You charged $4 for fountain drink and don't even offer one too off. Poor business decission.

I had not been here in a few years due to a negative experience. Upon the closure of a nearby pizzeria (Vale’s, I miss that place) I decided to give Frank’s another try. Big mistake and I’ll elaborate further.
They are still doing the practice of charging customers a fee for using a credit card. You’d miss is at the entrance if you weren’t looking for it amongst all the other advertisements posted there. Why is it that another local pizzeria not too far away doesn’t penalize customers for using a credit card? Credit card fees are a cost of doing business like labor, utilities, etc…We are becoming a cashless society. I don’t carry cash and I still get charged the fee using a debit card with no points benefits that I do using a credit card.
This business has a right to run their business anyway they wish, just as I have a right to take my business elsewhere. I was told it was not them charging the fee as somehow they were trying to defend it. Anyways, I could deal with this if the food was good, but it wasn’t, so let’s review it.
On a side note: ordering from slice.com or the slice app adds an additional fee
The pizza was overdone and tasteless. The meatball parmigiana sub was small and also tasteless. I took a bite and asked my wife to tell me if this meatball was made from scratch or pre-packaged. My wife who comes from a family of Italian cooks said that it seemed made from scratch but they added too much plain breadcrumbs and it was likely missing cheese. I assume they used plain breadcrumb instead of seasoned ones to save money. Either that or they didn’t use enough. These meatballs were bland and had no flavor. (on a side note, why can’t any pizzeria make a decent meatball. With so few ingredients, it’s puzzling how so many people get it wrong)
The tomato sauce tasted like it came out of a jar at the supermarket. Who is cooking the food here?
Sorry, but this was the last time at Frank’s. Never again.
Cue the response from the owner stating that they are sorry for the bad experience and this will help them improve.
We LOVE Frank’s so this is more of a suggestion. Please put more meat in the cheesesteaks. I ordered one for take out and got mostly bread. Barely any meat.
Frank's Mansfield is the place! Been coming here for years now, and it never disappoints! Great food, great people, great service!

Huge shout out to Franks who got together a large order of food for me at the last minute. They may or may not have thought it was a big deal, but it was to me, since I always give restaurants much more lead time. The guests I fed loved all the food! Thank you again to the friendly and professional team at Frank's!!
