Hot Bagels Abroad & Deli

I have visited hot bagels abroad twice in the last 10 days. Both times the bagels were ordered toasted and they were clearly not toasted. I also was waiting in line and had several customers get service before me, although they were not in line. There seems to be no organization, no management and little sense of hospitality. If you go, just lower your expectations as it is not run with the customer in mind.

Just left there. I asked for the taylor ham to be cooked a bit more and one egg. How hard is that.
It was not what I got.

Where do I even start !! Best bagel I’ve had ! I’m Form Charlotte and I’m here visiting with family that does live here told me to come here so I had to leave this!

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese, which was written on my paper bag.. They forgot the bacon. I love this bagel shop/ deli so I will return but please double check. I just paid nearly $6 for a bagel with egg and cheese during a non rush time.

Updated post. This is now the 2nd time in a row this place has gotten my order wrong. I ordered two Turkey Sloppy Joes. What I received was two regular sloppy joes. I paid $30 for these two sloppy joes... Not even loaded sandwiches, barely and Russian dressing. I won't be coming back here any time soon.

The bagels are good but we had 2 sandwiches on pita bread and the bread was very stale and dry. I’d say steer clear of anything on pita bread.

We’ve gone to a number of different bagel places and Hot Bagel Abroad has the best bagels in the area.

The owner was Extremely rude to a hard working door dash telling him to “GTFO of his way” I’ll never do business here again

Got sick from their cream cheese. Definitely was their food bc it was only a short while after eating this and the only thing I ate so far that day. NOT GOING BACK-owner is also RUDE AS

They burnt my bagel. I threw the rest away. And love hearing the owner come to socialize with customers and spew political nonsense about her beliefs on the vaccine. I don’t care what your views are but keep politics out of your business.

Ordered 3 bagels. 1 with butter 1 with cream cheese 1 plain. Which was all written down on the bag THEY handed me. The entire order looks like it was ran over by a car. The order with cream cheese was made with butter and inedible because it was crushed so badly that it was falling apart. Do not go here.

Bagels are definitely the best in the area. Lines get long but that's expected and they move quickly. Egg sandwiches are done nicely too.

Second time going here, first time the bagels were stale. Wanted to give it a second shot…weakest bacon egg and cheese of my life. Waste of money, can’t recommend.
