Food wasn’t cooked as ordered , I asked for my food to be remade, food finally came out and was the same plate and even worse it was cold , Manager on shift doesn’t really know what Customer Service is. Our server tried to give a good service, but it seems that she doesn’t have a good

My wife and I were in the area for doctor visits and decided to dine out as it was around 5PM.
We pulled in to a strip mall for Chinese and saw the iHop a few doors down.
We looked at Google reviews and decided iHop it was!
Xavier greeted us with a huge smile and friendly tone.. we were quickly seated and provided menus.
The food, presentation and service provided by Xavier were all on point! Overall a very pleasant dining experience!

11:00 in the morning. More than half the tables empty, but 15 minute wait to get seated. Staffing issues I guess.
Considering every time I go to IHOP something is completely wrong IHOP in Hackettstown nailed it place an internet order the annoyed me every step of the way there to make sure the food was ready when I found a parking spot and went in food was hot food was decent would recommend

I was here yesterday for my twins pre-k graduation 06/14/24, rudest waitress I’ve ever dealt with at a restaurant. Very nasty attitude. I don’t know how this woman is the manager. Messed up orders and when we asked her to correct it, she chose to argue with you instead of fixing the order. Didn’t bring my husband his orange juice, didn’t bring my mother her mushrooms and when my mother asked for it, she told her that it was in her food and refused to give her it on the side. Didn’t bring my daughter’s fruit and when we asked her for that she said that we didn’t ask for it and didn’t bring it. She just chose to argue again. She looks of Hispanic descent and in her 20s. If you see her be prepared to argue. If I could give this zero stars I would. This is the 2nd time this has happened when I came to this place. The last time I came here for my husband’s birthday, I left a tip on the table and an additional tip was stolen from my card. I didn’t say anything because I disputed the order and had my receipt. My bank gave me the money back immediately. I’ve been in this area for 7yrs and will not be returning here. This time, after the waiter gave us so much trouble, we asked to see the manager “SURPRISE “ it was her!!! So there was no one to complain to and she basically did what she wanted. My mother in law just chose to get her money back and not eat because the waiter kept messing up her order. For the record over well sunny side up eggs are not runny regardless of how long you argue your point she didn’t care and then gave her what she thought she should have and not what she asked for. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT MONEY STOLEN OFF YOUR CARD, RUDE SERVICE AND YOUR ORDER REPEATEDLY MESSED UP THAN YOU’RE BLAMED!!!

New Review: The quality of the food has DECREASED dramatically. The steak they use is all fat and nerve endings, omelets are HALF the size they used to be, and they are >20$!!
