I am writing this review for my elderly 92 year old dad. He went Saturday night to pick up food and when he came back to his car his battery was dead. He went back into the store to use someone’s phone(he left his at home) but Anthony & another young guy working there were so nice to help him jump his car so he could get home safely. He goes there often and always says how delicious the sandwiches are and how nice all the employees are. Just wanted to acknowledge these young guys for being so kind.

Me and my girl came into this location ONE HOUR before they closed we asked what time they closed and they said at 9. We came in around7:55 ish we literally order two small sandwiches one is just turkey and cheese. They didn’t even make the one right, it was just all a bunch of teen boys they were all talking to each other not even acknowledging us not welcoming us. They half ass our sandwiches and we’re rude, they didn’t even tell us a good night or anything.

It’s been a while since I’ve been here but Jersey Mike’s never disappoints! The subs are always fresh, flavorful, and made with great quality ingredients. Friendly service and a great experience overall, definitely my go-to spot for a sub! Not to mention my order was ready for pick up prior to the pick up time. Placed an order online for myself and my coworkers. Drove 15 min to pickup the order. The bag was ready when I got there. Drove back to my job and when I opened the bag. It was missing sandwiches. I called them and had to drive back to this location to pick up the rest of the order. Which they thought was in the first bag. After driving another 30 min by the time I got back to work my cheesesteak was cold. Cold cheesesteaks suck! Will never order online again. A total waste of time and money.

Jersey Mike’s is consistently outstanding! The sandwiches are made to perfection, always fresh and delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and courteous, making every visit enjoyable. Service is prompt and efficient, which is always appreciated. A top-notch experience every time!
Granted it was busy. Waited at least 20 minutes just to place order, 8 people ahead of me and 3 behind me and online orders coming in. Ordered cheese steak sandwich. I was the only one left and everyone started cleaning up with nothing on the grill yet for me. Saw the grill man cleaning grill then taking off his gloves so I asked if they forgot me. They were rude saying there were others ahead of me . Duh. Took sandwich home and it was soggy and bottom bread fell apart since it was cut too thin. And there were hard outer layer of onions not able to chew. Very disappointed.

We purchased to go. Next time we'll check the sandwich first. Always pleased with gluten free Jersey Mike's. This time my hubby's bun was falling apart. I felt so bad. Date day, special $10 stop. We will go back. Must be one of those things. Clean and friendly.

Jersey Mikes is great but this location is terrible because of its employees. 5 guys behind the counter aren’t capable of quickly taking orders accurately and making sandwiches. Please staff up with someone that knows how to run a team. Extremely disappointing. Never coming back
