Ordered 2 subs on the app for pick up. Food was ready quickly and the staff were very friendly. Subs were made correctly and tasted great. Did not spend a lot of time inside the store but looked very clean.

We purchased to go. Next time we'll check the sandwich first. Always pleased with gluten free Jersey Mike's. This time my hubby's bun was falling apart. I felt so bad. Date day, special $10 stop. We will go back. Must be one of those things. Clean and friendly.

Jersey Mikes is great but this location is terrible because of its employees. 5 guys behind the counter aren’t capable of quickly taking orders accurately and making sandwiches. Please staff up with someone that knows how to run a team. Extremely disappointing. Never coming back

I worked at Mike's Subs part-time when I was still in high school in Pt. Pleasant Boro ,a long time ago. The subs were great, and they still are, but now they have out priced themselves. I paid under 10 dollars for a super sub, NOW a super sub is over, 17 dollars. I can't afford their subs anymore as much as I like their Subs. I am forced to buy somewhere else.

Worst experience at this locations. First of all 5 people behind the counter and none of them know how to do their job. I order two chicken and bacon and Ranch. I waited 30 min for my order, ignoring people at the counter. My chicken and bacon and ranch the cheese tasted so bad. Definitely will never go back to this location.

We always come to this Jersey Mikes because it's the best one! Our sandwiches are always made perfectly and the staff is polite. The done in area is clean and it's an easy lunch spot to bring kids.

Buffalo chicken sandwich was frizzled and sour. I was eating overcooked preprocessed chicken mung with half day old vegetables. My vomit tastes like a Buffalo chicken sandwich.

REALLY need to get the food ordered online ready on time. ordered during my lunch break, Took 10 mins longer than app stated, so 25 mins total. For 2 subs? that's ridiculous. And when it was ready, the young grill guy kind of throws it on the rack, no have a nice day, sorry about the wait. Trying to lose business? This is how to do it. (MOST of the young workers are great, curteous, really great.) And the owner was there. Good job at running your business. I've noticed anytime the owner is there (easy to tell who, he's much older than the others) the food is skimpy. Got to save that buck. Again, not a good way to keep customers.
