I was in the drive thru and the woman helping me was new and clearly everyone was being really rude to her. The blonde woman with glasses especially. The new woman accidentally handed us the wrong drink (stuff happens it’s not a huge deal) but then the other woman got mad at us for “taking the wrong drink” I’m not sure what kind of day she was having im sure she’s a nice lady but I’ve worked customer service and to accuse your customers of taking the wrong food and making them feel guilty about it when your new hire handed me the wrong drink is crazy. Great food tho obviously

I was there two days ago with my daughter and my husband around 8pm and I saw how the manager treated her employees badly, yells at them and humiliates them, It's not the first time I've seen that in this Mac donalds, I saw it before but with another manager a Latina

I rather use the drive thru it's quicker service there than if you go inside and order from the front counter. When I come I usually have two separate orders and each of us use points so to not confuse employees I go inside and he goes through the drive thru. But Everytime I've been in there I have literally waited on front counter for what seemed about to be 10mins before anyone acknowledged me and took my order. That pretty crappy if you ask me. And it's been multiple occasions. They aren't understaffed I always see a lot of workers running back and forth to drive thru or to bring food outside.
