I don’t usually leave complaints but for safety I feel this is necessary, this was my second time at this location over the span of several months. Both times the food was not fresh, the beans had a crunch texture from sitting out all day, the gauc was oxidized from not being covered properly, and the meat has mow resulted in multiple trips to the bathroom, I would normally chalk it up to a bad employee or off day but being that this is the second time it’s clear this establishment does not care for food health safety standards

This place needs to step it up as a franchise. When you pay $12!for simple nachos you expect them to be crispy and fresh. They were stale and obviously laying around all day. Very disappointing.,.so if they’re saving their chips when stake what else are they saving?

Would give negative stars if it was an option. I tried this Moe’s again after a few years hiatus hoping it would have improved. It was disgusting. The quesadilla was filled with mystery meat, chips were stale, salsa bar smelled awful. No tables were clean and several employees just lounging around on their phones. Never ever again. Threw away most of my meal for fear of getting sick.

Showed up at 7:40 (online says they close at 8) they told me they were closed and that I can’t order. 2/3 staff were sitting in a booth chatting it up while the 1 guys behind the counter was cleaning. Horrible service and staff.

030925 neat clean, google stated open to 8pm, ladies at counter stated closing 7:30 pm. they did not push, rush people out at 7:30 though, let us finish our food.
I walked in and the food displayed did not look fresh at all. The chicken was mush and the steak looked like little balls. They loaded the burrito up so I was excited but the first bite was just disgusting. I will more than likely be on the toilet all night now.

Do not go here! This was the worst Moe’s i have ever been to. It doesn’t even feel like a Moe’s inside or taste like it. The chicken was rubbery and gross. And the chips tasted like old oil. Will probably get sick after eating here.
