Spinach Artichoke Fried Pot Stickers are so delicious!!! I asked if I could pair them with the sweet chili sauce (which they did...incredibly nice people!) and it was heavenly!!! Keep in mind, I'm just raving about an appetizer! ALL of their food is incredible!

I brought a friend here last night to see if he would be as impressed as I always am. I’m a regular and come every other week. The food is outstandingly (incredibly creative and delicious), the service is invariably superb, and I’m treated like family, which really means a lot. And that’s not because I’ve been coming for so many years; it’s because that’s how they treat their customers, and I see it when people around me are being waited on and served. My friend thought everything was phenomenal: the portions were tremendous and he told me that this was the first Asian restaurant he’d ever been to where they got the spice level just right when he asked for his food to be served extra hot. They were packed, but he was particularly impressed by how quickly people were served without being rushed. People who wanted to linger lingered comfortably. Special compliments, as always, to Ashley, who is a flawless server. Throughout the meal she anticipated our thoughts and brought us exactly what we wanted and needed, and when we did have to ask for something, it was brought immediately, and always with a kind word and a smile. As my friend noted, there are far too few servers who do that. So he and I agreed: this place is a rare find.

Horrible experience at Pandan. Our server was an immature girl named Ashley. She was rude, disrespectful, and provided horrendous service. Very disappointing and hope the management at Pandan will speak to her.

Pandan Room is one of my favorite restaurants for Asian food! I've eaten here almost a dozen times over the past few years and it's always amazing. They have very good vegan options listed, but you can also ask for dishes to be made vegan. The inside is very nice and overall it's a beautiful place to eat. The curries and noodles are all delicious. The vegan wings are also amazing! Honestly everything I've had here has been great.

I had high hopes for this local restaurant, given its convenience and the friendly service and I tend not to write bad reviews. Despite multiple attempts to enjoy their offerings, the food consistently lacked the vibrant flavors and spiciness I expect from Thai and South Asian cuisine. Typically, I prefer my dishes medium spicy, but here, the spice level didn't meet my expectations, leaving the dishes tasteless. The final straw was the questionable packaging of my takeout order, which involved an excessive use of aluminum foil, raising health concerns. While I appreciate the welcoming staff and the charming location, I must conclude that the culinary experience falls short. Regrettably, I'll be seeking my Thai food fix elsewhere, willing to travel a bit further for authentic, flavorful dishes.
