I Got The Tomato BasiL BLT which was incredible that came with a Pickle and Chips. It was funny tho I was waiting for like 15 minutes at the front counter when the lady said You have to pick it up on the side. Haha Friendly STaff and Overall a Great experience...I WiLL BE BACK!!!

Every time I've ordered from this Panera, the food, service, and speed have been phenomenal! I work for Mattress Firm and we're lucky to have this Panera right next to our showroom. The staff is incredibly friendly and they keep the Cafe spotless, which is hard seeing how popular they are.
Id also like to give some extra props to Cassidy for leaving this sweet message on my to-go bag!! Thanks for always making dining with y'all a great experience!!

First we tried to place our order online, the website was not working, we called, manager answered the phone and told us he was to busy to take our order over the phone and hung up. So we drive there, they messed our entire order, nothing was right, one couldn't eat because of an allergy, she specifically told them about, and then, please explain to me why, there was corn in my salad dressing, just hanging out... I'll go to the other one down the road before I ever got to Hackettstown Panera again.

The only issue is that the food prices are way up.
Just walked in to the restaurant, at 9am and they are all out of bagels and souffles and when we got to the cashier we're told they had alot of pre orders so oh well nothing for walk in customers and we should try bagels of hackettstown! I get if you have pre-orders but then you should have made more and not screw over walk in customer! I guess redirecting customers to a different restaurant for better service is a way of saying, you don't really want our business or even need it !

I ordered the Garden Caprese Melt at Panera, and it was a huge disappointment. The sandwich had only two small slices of mozzarella, four tiny tomato slices, and a bit of lettuce with some dressing, all thrown between two pieces of bread. For $11, I expected much more, especially since the picture made it look far more appealing and filling. What I received was nowhere near that. It felt like a complete ripoff. Very dissatisfied with both the quality and value.
