The owners are amazing, they took the time to put together an awesome trip for our Girl scout troop. They got to make pretzels, learn about the history of soft pretzels and try a bunch of dipping sauces. Their pretzels were amazing. The place was extremely clean and we will be visiting them again!

Very small location but very affordable to grab a pretzel! You'll catch me there again🙏🏼

We ordered pretzels from the Philly Pretzel Factory in Hackettstown as a wedding send-off treat, and they went above and beyond with customer service! The pretzels were a huge hit with guests and staff at the venue – they were fresh and delicious! We really appreciated the outstanding customer service by the owner and staff. Thank you!

Stopped in with my two young children for a box of cinnamon & sugar Rivets. Pretzels were fresh, soft, and delicuous! The staff were welcoming and engaging. The gentleman behind the cash register made my children laugh & surprised them with a coupon for our next visit. Looking forward to popping in again soon!

Came in for a quick snack before they closed and was greeted by the sweetest cashier ever! He was so enthusiastic and friendly, made us feel so welcomed. He definitely loves his job and was so great. Also gave a coupon after. Wish we got his name but 10/10 customer service!! And of course pretzels were delicious. (2/16/25)

I bought a pretzel turkey and a variety of dips to bring to my cousin for Thanksgiving. It was a huge hit with his kids and the entire family.

Completely disgusted. I went inside 9/3 around 1pm noticed the lady who was going to take my order sweeping the floors. She came and grabbed my pretzels with no gloves on just this small paper with her BARE hands when I went to my car I looked inside the bag and saw a HAIR on the pretzel. I was so disgusted I went back inside and told her. It literally didn’t even faze her one bit that she served me in not a sterile condition and that there was a hair on my pretzel. For her to AGAIN give me new pretzels in the same condition. Definitely didn’t want more pretzels but my money back. Will not be returning there again. So nasty I can’t imagine how they really cook those pretzels.

I got their new cinnamon sugar rivets today for the first time. They were warm, soft and freshly made! My new favorite!!!!

Parking: If streetside spaces are filled, there is a large adjacent parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love watching them make the pretzels!

All of the reviews about how Carl is a terrible boss are correct when I worked for him in Livingston when he had just taken ownership of that location he broke the AC system because he wouldn't listen to an employee about how he couldn't set it to below 75 degress he said "it's my store I can do whatever I want" the employee who told him that new what he was talking about because he had worked for the previous owners so yes Carl is a POS
