Primos is probably the best chain sub shop. I still rather go to a family owned Italian deli. They still are far better, and in NJ their are plenty.

Unfortunately, the service is so slow that I got tired of waiting ..
The people who go there and take orders also complain a lot.

i never review food places but i feel like i needed to share my expirience save your money go to the local sub shack on main street. The prices here at primo are completely made up here16$ for a 6 inch meatball parm and 3.70$ for a bottle of soda?? how does primo hoagies actually come up with that price? meatball was for sure pre made in some factory and brought over frozen. For 16$ youd think theyd be making it themselves in house. sauce wasnt the worst but not above average. For the money i spent here i could have gone to sub shack supported a small local business got a 8" meatball parm that tastes better, get small cajun fries and a stewarts soda for 12-15 $ this place is all hype never switching up from sub shack again.

"No manager to order the products needed for a basic sub". No lettuce, onions, tomatoes, bacon and the bread was the size of subway footlong...needless to say that's like 6 inches. Not worth the $$ spent. This shop should close down and allow a real sub shop in there. Piggy's was awesome.

They need better ppl to work there there's only 1 person tht puts the perfect sub together otherwise ull have missing or the contents won't b to the ends u can't beat a good ratio n nothing is beating primo Hoagies bread to meat ratio n they have a range of food hot n cold subs n good sides I'd still rather primos then Jersey Mike's any day there ratio is terrible so much meat not enough bread n the bread is terrible

Love the Italian Diablo hoagie. I usually order it with everything plus banana peppers. I have a high spice tolerance, so it's not spicy to me; however, it is very flavorful. The Big "T" Diablo is good too. Service is good and wait isn't long.

Been coming to this location since week one and now all of a sudden, the amount of meat is half. Not sure if it's just this location or chain wide, but buyer beware. 3 meat Italian sub and there's more bread and veg than anything for $15

Ordered a sandwich. One of the last of the night I assume. I drove all the way back there for oil and vinegar to be out on my sandwhich because the loaf was so dry I just couldn't eat it. All the owner had to do was show professionalism and want a customer to come back. Took the sandwhich back and gave me my money back after him arguing with me. Wow. Just wow. I left w nothing but distaste for a sub place I've gone to for decades. (other franchises)Owner argued W me whether or not my sandwhich had oil and vinegar on it. Petty.

I found the bread tough to chew off, possibly day old? But the most annoying thing was that only the meat fit into the bread. All the tomatoes, onions and peppers were piled on top so that when you went to eat it, they just fell all over the place. Other places that I’ve been they use a knife to make sure that all the ingredients are tucked into the roll.nothing bad to say about the staff. They were pleasant.

Again they forgot the hot peppers. I’m going to go to the Byram store.

Best subs and great service. Absolutely the best subs I've ever had in my entire life and the sides are cheap and amazing. I recommend the marinated mozzarella balls.
