Great ambience along with great food. The staff and everyone was so nice and helpful. The food was great, but I have had better Ramen at Mitsuwa. Mitsuwa's flavors were bolder and stronger with a more colorful plate. This place is definitely a must try. The desserts were amazing they have a wonderful selection of different flavors and textures for everyone.

The place is beautiful, very authentic Japanese. The food was amazing, particularly the tempura shrimp you notice how it tastes light and airy not dense and oily, but all of it was spot on. I loved the service as well, super friendly staff and pretty quick service. So sad they’re not busy right now because they should be! If you’re anywhere in hackettstown area, super highly recommend!

Honestly, probably my favorite place in town. The food is consistently good, the staff is super friendly (especially my man Angel), and the decorations are on point. Overall, a great place to try if you have never been, 10/10 recommend.

It’s so cute and the ramen is SO DELICIOUS! I also love the boa buns! The lighting inside is so pretty at night.
Parking: So many spots and all are close to the restaurant.

The food is surprisingly good! Better than many Ramen, I eat in New York City. Try different sushi roll is also very good.

We had a great experience! Everything was fresh and delicious. The Fuji Mountain roll was bursting with flavor and the ramen was excellent. The server was very attentive. We will be back!

Went here with my family and everything was delicious. We ordered sushi, ramen, and a poke bowl. Everything was cooked well, the service was nice and quick, and the staff was kind, especially to the young children. Recommend!
