“We had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Juan. His customer service was truly top-tier. He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way he did. Thanks to Juan, this was by far our best experience at an Applebee’s. He deserves all the recognition, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of him!“
