Truly awful experience. We ordered through the app for in-store pickup. We ordered a hot vanilla latte and an iced Matcha. Drove to Starbucks and there’s a sign on the door just piece of paper tape to the door stating drive-through open only. The line was long. It took us 30 minutes to get to the window and when we got our drinks, my latte was cold my son‘s iced Match was gross and his ice was melted. Terrible experience!

Slowest drive thru ever. 25 minutes stuck in the line. I would have just turned out of the line to leave but you are trapped once you are in it due to the high curbs. It would have been faster for me to go to ShopRite, then go home to make my own coffee. And to top it off they were out of 2 items that I asked to order. There was a full staff of about 6 employees in there once I could get to the window 25 minutes later. Doesn’t make sense. Back to Dunkin Donuts from now on.

Only accommodating employee is the male and he's not there often. The ladies in the evening are rude.

Suuuuper slow location 😔
Ordered a drink and a cake pop and already waiting over 15 minutes for my drink.
If for some reason you’re opening the store late, it would be nice to have a sign on a drive-through or the front door saying we’re opening late because of whatever reason. It’s not nice when I pull up when I sit a minute at a drive-through and nobody answers and then I woke up and then the door is closed and a girl waves to me and smiles and turns around. What kind of a customer service is that and then when I called the answer is yes we usually do open at 5:30 but we have two callouts And when I suggest a closed sign, she hangs up. Whoever the store manager is really needs to do some serious customer service retraining.

Once again a Starbucks cripples under the demand of the drive thru and mobile orders and deprioritizes people who actually show up and order from a human in the store. Taking nearly 8 mins to make a single drink in store is not acceptable. Drive thru and mobile orders as a convenience should not come at the cost of people walking into the store.

I ordered ahead and when I pulled up I found a ridiculously long line in the drive thru. I turned around to go inside after waiting in a drive thru line for five minutes only to discover the cafe was closed. If I hadn’t already ordered and paid I would have left, but I was stuck. So now I waited 30 minutes for stupid coffees that were melted by the time I got them. Poor service

I have written a review in the past on how awesome Angel is!!! HOWEVER, today I just had a woman- Ramaina…? She slammed the sliding door in my sisters face twice and we just looked at each other like what was that about. She also didn’t speak a single word to us at the window. As I pulled my wallet out she got impatient and slammed the door shut, AS I PULLED OUT MY WALLET. So rude. Angel is still awesome. Also ps Angel, sorry I made it seem like I was applying for a job when I was trying to complain, your manager doesn’t need to call me about applications haha!

Our favorites are the Cherry Chai Latte and Vanilla Chai Latte! Is it pumpkin season yet? Great service.
Both drinks that I ordered were too syrupy and not the correct consistency. Absolutely disgusting. I will not be coming back.
Food and coffee was great. We could see staff and staff saw us and we ended up waiting for 6 minutes when we were the only ones in the store. On top of that my spouse went to the bathroom and told me to come look, no toilet paper on the roll, paper towels thrown all over the place, seat liners all over the place and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned there was urine sprinkled all over the back of the seat and there was fecal stains. Not saying we wouldn’t come back because we love starbies but maybe not inside ever again.
Loved it here! Drink was great, service was great. Gianna was very accommodating to my crazy coffee order!
