I have come in my attention while serving my order I saw the person who’s doing food handling doesn’t have a gloves while preparing orders. Hand hygiene is very important. Seeing them preparing my breakfast order without any gloves made me lost my appetite. It’s so not appropriate to not wearing a gloves.

Hello, my sister placed our order at the register and was told that the drinks would take a few minutes. We waited for 20 plus minutes before asking for a status update. We were told that it would be another 20 minutes for two lattes. We left without our drinks. Incredibly horrible experience. There were at least 8 employees on staff, and was almost void of customers when we initially walked in. Not sure if it's lack of training and supervision, incompetence, or just plain old racist behavior to explain a 40 plus wait for two lattes.

After placing my mobile order I waited about 25 minutes before finally getting me order. In contrast, when I've gone to Phillipsburg Starbucks, when I had been waiting there for 20-30 minutes they had apologized and comped my drink.

At this Starbucks however, after they had screwed up by making us wait 25 min, instead of just simply apologizing and comping one of the drinks like the other Starbucks do, as I was talking to the Supervisor she just kept saying bad excuses like "It's not our fault, we were backed up." It was like pulling teeth trying to get her to comp just one of the drinks, even after I had explained to her that we were upset by this and that the other Starbucks just simply apologize and comp the drink. I don't think she even apologized, although the barista apologized and was very nice, which I appreciate a lot.

Asked for a drink without coffee, gave it with coffee anyway? Wasn’t even crowded, and they took their time. Waited for 20 minutes just for them to mess my order up.

Many times my drinks do not taste good from here. Matcha that tastes like milk and I have to bring back to get remade, burnt espresso that’s supposed to have almond milk but tastes like it was made with just water. I’m not usually the type to complain or ask for drinks and things to be remade but when you’re paying 7-9 dollars for one drink you expect it to be made well and to actually enjoy drinking it instead of throwing it away like I did today since I didn’t have time to ask for it to be remade. Barista are always polite when I’ve ask for a new drink though so that’s at least pleasant.
