Everybody is very nice and friendly at this location, quick service, place is clean. Large selection of Starbucks merchandise also. Thank you for the excellent customer service!Dietary restrictions: They can work with people who have allergies/will ask if you are looking for menu recommendations.

Apparently the only way to order anything at this location past 6 PM is to walk in, get ignored for 5 minutes by all members of the staff, and then proceed to order from your phone instead. Another woman behind us did the same thing since the 4 girls standing behind the counter couldn't even acknowledge the fact that we walked in. I understand how busy these places can get, but a simple "hi how are you... we will be right with you" would have sufficed. Instead, they literally averted their eyes, and fulfilled our online order without a single word being spoken. Maybe consider hiring staff that don't lack common courtesy or customer service skills.

The girl who took my order—fabulous. By the way she greeted me I knew my order would be correct. People like that are so rare now! Present, competent, professional, confident. Unfortunately my drink was completely full of ice and not the standard amount so that was a bummer lol.
These workers are doing their best given the circumstances. Having to handle the drive-through, in store orders, and online orders while gaggles of high-schoolers are there on their lunch period is insane for the few people they have working there. I commend them. The quality of the the drinks seriously deteriorates though when they're not given the time and support to handle so many orders. I paid $6 for basically garbage water that I know they can do better with if they had time.

For good amount of time this store is a mass!!!! It is OMG!!! I understand Being short staff, but come on! I place an order ahead and go for pick up “taaa daaaaa” sign on the door says “drive thru only”. Here I go again, get in my car drive all the back of the drive thru and wait for another 10-15 minutes to pick up my “mobile order”. My coffee is now cold for almost sitting there for 25mins, and I am late to work again with my Starbucks coffee in my hands. ??♀️What a disappointment and unprofessional service lately. Please do better…

Love this Starbucks but i wish the mobile app would let you know they are doing drive thru only. So many times ive only had a minute to grab my order and go and had to sit on the drive thru line for over a half hour. They close the cafe a lot im assuming due to lack of staff, but should be exception for mobile orders in my opinion
