My friend and I had a great experience at Stella G. They do a breakfast/brunch /lunch service that’s different from most places. My friend ordered the chicken salad platter. Not your typical chicken salad; it was not loaded with mayo and celery. It had a tangy flavor which might’ve come from a little bit of vinegar. The dried cherries added a sweetness to balance it out. My bacon and swiss cheese (your choice of cheese) was light, fluffy and delicious. It came with toast and their version of house potatoes. This is not your typical diner food so it may not be for everyone. But if you’re in the mood for elevated good food then Stella G’s is your kind of place. Alyssa, our server, was welcoming, attentive and friendly.

The food here is very basic. I had high hopes when I came here, but unfortunately, the food didn’t meet my expectations. Despite the ‘okay’ food, the customer service was great, which made the experience a bit better.
I do not recommend eating here. Save yourself time and just go to the IHOP that is 5 minutes away from here.
♿ - Wheelchair accessible ?? - Street parking is available but metered. There's also a big parking lot in the back of the restaurant which is also metered parking.

Came here with my hubby today 8/2/24 for the first time ever and what a shame that is. I've been living here in Hackettstown for about 6 years and never stepped inside of Stella G's. Man, I had know idea what I was missing in my life, great atmosphere, delicious food (The Breakfast Burger ?) and a warm and friendly welcome from a kind young lady named Alyssa. Ty Alyssa for seriving us today it was a pleasure. And that Hazelnut coffee yum yum yum. Your the best. Gby.

Stella G’s has become a staple of mine! I come in with family and friends very frequently. The food is always delicious, especially the scones! Highly suggest asking what special they have for the day, it’s always good. The servers are always so attentive and friendly, I look forward to seeing them again. My one and only concern when eating here is my allergy. Every time I mention my allergy they don’t say they will take precautions. They just say there is nothing they can do. So I always am prepared for something to happen even thought thus far nothing has. I feel like for allergies you should be prepared to cook on something that is a clean surface. Besides that, I would definitely suggest giving this place a try! You can sit at a table or even up at their “bar!”

Lovely experience and great coffee! Waitress said coffee is ground fresh before brewing, amazing! We loved the breakfast tacos, they are a must try. Staff was well attentive and great energy. Will definitely return.
