The drive thru boy was the most miserable person I've come across in a long time. I rarely go to Taco Bell but tonite my son wanted it, so I went for him. While there, I decided to get for myself too. I ordered a diet pepsi, but it tasted funny, so I did ask if it was diet. He informed me it was, he just poured it, see it's still dripping. It surprised me at his attitude. I'm diabetic so I have to be careful with the drinks. He was hard to understand because he spoke low, fast, and jumbled. I called him a few minutes later and he tried to pass himself off as the manager. I knew it was him, the miserable voice was the same. His name, I cannot recall,. This whole terrible interaction was just before 7:30 pm, 12/01/25. My money I can't get back, but I will never go back for fear of being treated like that again. I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I told my son, he's on his own when it comes to Taco Bell.

My favorite taco bell. Everywhere else I go barely rivals in comparison. I don’t just feel like the hugest person on earth leaving there. I am the hugest person. The staff are always friendly and tables are mostly clean.

Forgets items every time and burdens you with having to come back to restaurant to get refund. Also penny pinches sauces so just not worth the hassle. Go to Moe's across the street and avoid the headache.

I've eaten food from here a lot over the years. Used to get burrito supremes, chicken quesadillas and queseritos which were all pretty good. Recently I've switched to mostly vegetarian when eating out and their veg options are pretty solid. Love their black bean burrito and nacho cheese fries. Their power bowl is also really good. Drive thru has been convenient over the years.

We went out to eat to escape the heat and the restaurant didn't have ac! It was excessively hot inside to the point where I was sweating. On top of that my wife got bad chicken in her burrito and they were like too bad. I've had other bad experiences here too. Often wrong orders, duplicate online orders that were a hassle to get fixed. Stay away from this place.

Toxic the store manager is more concerned with drive through time than delivery of safe food. The food is made 20-30 in advance and has bacteria from sitting around. This requires the NJ board of health to intervene and investigate. I advise stay away.
