This place got me into pho. Like all kinds of pho. The broth seasoning is unique. It seems to be getting a lot more traction since I first came in. Service is good, only dined in twice.

My husband and I stopped by for the first time after running errands and basically had the restaurant to ourselves. The service was first class and the food delicious! We had the vegetarian spring rolls, yellow fried rice and mushroom fried rice. The portion sizes were generous and we both had leftovers. I also tried the popping bubble tea (mango) which was a great accompaniment to my meal. We highly recommend that you patronize TOPO restaurant.

They have such a nice gluten-free selection. The gluten-free chicken tenders, empanadas, summer rolls. A mixture of Asian and American food. Plenty to choose from.

Very few vegan options (I just asked for a vegan pho🤷🏼‍♀️), food wasn't that great, and the dining room had a funny smell (public restroom.🤢) I had severe stomach cramps after my meal here making me wonder if the soup and bubble tea were actually vegan (I am allergic to dairy.) I doubt I'll be back. Updated from previous review on 2024-06-01

On a very hot day, after a track meet, I took my 9-year-old daughter here for to-go bubble tea. The tapioca was a bit on the gummy side. I liked how the default was little ice. It was refreshing, but it's not a place I'd seek out again for bubble tea. The person who greeted us was beyond friendly and helpful.

Parking: On Sunday, the metered parking is free.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced.

The ambience is laid back and peaceful.

We are lucky to have this delicious ethnic restaurant in town.

Overall, a pleasant experience. Our family had a nice Sunday afternoon at Topo. Restaurant was very quiet and not busy at all. The waiter was very friendly and kind to our daughters. The food tasted fresh and the ramen was hearty and very filling. The brisket in my ramen was very tasty. We shall return.

Kid-friendliness: The waiter was kind enough to bring my girls a dino toy. They had a lot of food options for kids. My kids enjoyed the dumplings and the crab rangoon.

Friendly Staff, nice atmosphere.Variety of dishes , drinks and some desserts.Bubble tea is delicious and food was bursting with flavors.Pretty cool each table has their own water spouts if you want more water.

Parking: Streets have meters and some public parking spaces with meters - 1 quarter is an hour .
