This Wendy's never disappoints. I always have great service and a great meal from this location. All Wendy's locations are good, but I believe the staff at this location performs exceptionally well in turning out good product.

I always stop here for a late night snack usually the same guy is working (young guy with glasses) he always gets my order perfect and he’s easy to understand tonight he asked me to park cause something wasn’t ready in the order it was about a 15/20 min wait he came out sincerely apologizing to me he even gave me a coupon for a free meal for later this experience made my night it shows there is still good people in this world

Order taker talked so fast,and after every item I ordered, kept saying , anything else so fast ,like he was in a hurry to get rid of me. I was in the drive in. This was the 1st time I have had this problem at the Hackenstown Wendy's.
