Having visited several times since their recent grand opening, their sushi is consistently the freshest and most flavorful we've ever had anywhere. The shrimp dumpling appetizer and sauce - wow. The young owners are charming, sweet and attentive. The restaurant is spotless clean, nicely appointed, always with enjoyable music (including Japanese music upon request). This restaurant is a new treasure for the Hackettstown/Long Valley area that will thrive for years as people discover this wonderful place.

I have been looking for good Ramen places around the area. My friend is a chef and he likes the ramen here. We did take out.Love the Tonkotsu Ramen. Gyoza is pretty good too.Stuff is friendly.Definitely be back.

I've passed by this place many times when getting groceries and finally decided to give it a try and I was honestly underwhelmed.
The sushi tasted like it had been sitting, pre-made, for a little while and the chicken teriyaki was just OK. The miss soup had a less than pleasant smell (but it tasted alright) and there was barely anything in there except broth.
It's a far cry from the worst food I've ever had but certainly not something I'd rave to others about. For the price there are other locations I'd more strongly recommend.

I don't usually post reviews unless they are good. I spotted this place and thought I would try the ramen. I was first underwhelmed that everything is disposable plastic and no recyclycling. The ramen SUCKED and was thrown together by canned shit and a glob of hot paste. It smelled bad and I couldn't finish it! They don't care about throwing EVERYTHING out! I will never go there again!

The food exceeds the expectations. They have the quick order and take out setting. But also offer the seat in option. I dine in with my family and had the fried rice, teriyaki dinner bento, and fried udon. We also enjoyed the taste. I will be our go-to place move on.

Was very excited when I noticed a new sushi and ramen place opened up, so my fiance and I decided to get takeout. The service was great, they're incredibly kind here. There's a lot of seating available and the design of it all was very nice. The food was great, we were talking about it for the rest of the day. Definitely looking forward to coming here again!
