Having visited several times since their recent grand opening, their sushi is consistently the freshest and most flavorful we've ever had anywhere. The shrimp dumpling appetizer and sauce - wow. The young owners are charming, sweet and attentive. The restaurant is spotless clean, nicely appointed, always with enjoyable music (including Japanese music upon request). This restaurant is a new treasure for the Hackettstown/Long Valley area that will thrive for years as people...
I have been looking for good Ramen places around the area. My friend is a chef and he likes the ramen here. We did take out.Love the Tonkotsu Ramen. Gyoza is pretty good too.Stuff is friendly.Definitely be back.
