Amazing vegan options! Vegan cheesesteak and cheese fries 10/10 great choice for vegans and vegetarians. The seitan has a very delicate, soft crumbly texture so I would recommend adding peppers and onions to add some structure. Solid sandwich and perfect perfect seeded bun and great vegan cheese choice. We had cheese fries and old bay fries both were great!

Super huge portion of tender, tasty beef with just the right amount of sharp, stringy provolone and fried onions on a generously long, soft, fresh roll, cut in half. Wow! What a find!
