Finally got around to officially trying Goodbeet and i am so glad that i did! Ive seen so many people raving about the coconut BLT was worth the hype. The tofu nuggets were so crispy and truly reminded me of a not plant-based nugget. The texture and crispiness was so on point and the bang bang sauce was delicious too. I've been going to GoodBeet since it opened and when I moved back to the area this became my go-to place. I LOVE the food. I eat very healthy and I love that there's no seed oils, many of the ingredients are locally sourced / organic. It takes a lot of the guesswork out for me, which I really appreciate. Love the atmosphere, love the people who work there. GoodBeet is a part of my weekly routine and my main restaurant I go to.
As a vegg head, I really want to like this place and see it succeed. My most recent experience with the burger was very disappointing. The core food is decent, but the portions are very small for the price paid. The burger was good, but the 8 chips that were packaged in the same container were soggy and stale. Can of Ollipop was $5-$6 (no prices posted). I expect a bit more quality or size for a $24 lunch
