Scammers. They will let you pay an extra $70 and then won’t show and will clam they had no idea about your event. Pathetic.

My sister ordered her wedding cake from bleu bear and paid extra for delivery. I’m at her wedding now scrambling to find a gluten free bakery because they never showed up with the cake. Unreliable. Do not recommend for special events.

I have celiacs so we ordered our wedding cake from here and they never delivered it despite us also paying a delivery fee. We made an effort to go through small local businesses for our wedding because of covid and they were unprofessional and unorganized. I would not recommend them to anyone for any occasion because I would be afraid the same thing would happen to you. Do not trust them with important events.

Do not order from this bakery! I was apart of a wedding party where we needed a gluten free cake (the bride has allergies) and instead of letting us know beforehand that they couldn’t or wouldn’t do it, they just didn’t show up to the venue where the bride and groom could each enjoy a piece of cake on their wedding day after everything was agreed upon and paid for. Haven’t had good experience in the past as we have tried this bakery for birthdays but they under delivered then as well.

My sister booked Bleu Bear Bakery to make her wedding cake on 8/7. She has Celiacs and wanted to be able to enjoy her wedding cake with her husband on their wedding. Blue Bear said they would drop it off at the location—she paid $70 extra just for delivery. At around 8 PM the cake still had not been dropped off, and we were forced to run out to the local acme to get a super small cake just to try and make it as special as it could be (as my sister—the bride—was in tears). All in all, this bakery is unreliable and I will not recommend them to any friends or family.

Disappointing. Was at a wedding where many guests have a diagnosed gluten allergy including the BRIDE. The bride and groom had ordered and paid in advanced for a gluten free cake to be delivered. The cake never came, no phone call to let us know, and no apology or refund from the company.

This bakery is phenomenal! Not only is everything gluten free, but the donuts are the best donuts I’ve had in my life (even including donuts with gluten). This place blows the doors off the bakery in my town, so they are worth the drive. Everything we had was wonderful, and we are looking forward to trying the rest of their menu

My partner and I have sampled many vegan cupcakes/ cookies and unfortunately, this was our most disappointing experience to date.The vegan snicker doodle cookie left a strange after taste and the cupcakes weren't exactly enticing me to grab another. Over half of what we bought, we didn't finish. I'm sure other items must have tasted nice.Overpriced for what it is and the customer service assistant wasn't helpful/ welcoming.--- Response back to owner's comment.Sorry that you feel this review has offended you, but your response highlights your attitude towards receiving feedback to improve your services.Wish you well with your small business. Lots of possible gluten free options! Staff was super friendly and the quality of the food is 10/10. The only recommendation I have is to get air conditioning. Not sure if it was broken or non existent, but the store was very humid on my visit.Still worth it though!

Small shop. Friendly staff and well maintained. Go there to get products when my sister in law visits (has celiac disease) She loves their products. I don't typically care for gluten-free baked goods but I have to say there is a pretty good.
Amazing donuts with slightly crispy outside and moist delicious outside. Plenty of variety and gluten free pasta too.

They deserve 6 stars. I had a celiac event and I’ve been sick. I asked my hubby to please get me a pizza from Bleu Bear. Everything there is way past anything you can imagine if you can not have gluten. I’m not sharing my pizza!!
