A perfect cheesesteak requires perfection in 4 categories. Bread, Slice density, Meat quality and the distribution/infusion of cheese equally throughout the steak. Corson's nailed it. 10 of 10. Thinly sliced high quality meat with a perfect and generous amount of cheese throughout sandwiched perfectly between a soft philly hogie roll. Thank you. I'll be back.
Ordered online and picked up. A more detailed description of the sandwiches and the option to add multiple cheese would be a good addition to the website. What they lack in web developing skills they more than make up for in their food!!! We got a roast pork and cheeese and cheese steak. The meat taste, quality and quantity exceeded expectations. My cheesesteak with fried onions and Cooper Sharp today was generous, cooked perfectly and delicious. I'm familiar with the great ones in Philly and the local greats (Donkey's, Chick's and the newer Dar's) and this is right up there. They desperately need their own website, as all of the other menu/delivery app sites suck, and the prices posted are all wrong. The actual prices are totally reasonable and my gigantic steak today with fried onions and Cooper Sharp cost $12.50
