We loved every course we had; a unique caesar salad (with grilled broccolini and fennel!), the "world's best hotdog" (a wagyu hotdog on a delicious buttery roll which truly was the world's best hotdog), truffle gnocchi mac 'n cheese, roasted peach confit duck, and barbecued chili lime pork. The S'mores cookie pie dessert was simply amazing! Service was exceptional (Kyle was the ideal server! polite, friendly, gracious and attentive - thank you so much). “The Love. was simply incredible! We came here with our 6 year old son. Our waiter was fabulous and very accommodating to our 6 year old which you don’t always find in Rittenhouse. The atmosphere was light and airy and the food was great! Make sure to try their Dubai Chocolate Sundae and if you’re going with children they do have special kids cups and will accommodate the menu for them.“

“I recently celebrated a milestone birthday with a dinner at Elwood with family and friends. Chef Adam and Jenny were wonderful to work with and the meal was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved the venison scrapple amuse bouche. We shared several orders of perogies and cheese platters to kick off the meal, followed by a couple of orders of the tri- tip beef, the sea bass, and the rabbit, which are served family style with a whole host of accompaniments, including exceptional mashed potato that got rave reviews and deserves it's own mention. Several of the diners had never had rabbit, but they all tried it and it was a hit! I already have plans to come with some friends for an afternoon tea, and my husband and I will definitely be back for dinner and/or one of the dining events that Chef Adam hosts. “Celebrated a friend’s 50th birthday Saturday night and came here for dinner at 7:30pm. The hostess was friendly and our server was attentive. We shared a bunch of apps and they were all delicious!! (Edamame, shrimp pad thai, chicken lettuce wraps, chicken satay, and brussel sprouts) After dinner we went up to the roof top which was the perfect ambiance for a girls night out… drinking espresso martinis and enjoying the weather. We started with the devilled eggs, which had a unique, enjoyable undertone of saffron. Everyone at our table enjoyed their entrees, although I thought the hash brown in my Lobster hash brown was oily and flavorless. I think they missed the mark on dessert with the only true dessert option being a "make your own sundae". As it's a brand new brunch menu, I'm sure the kinks will be worked out. We would return!“

The kitchen closes off at 1am and they close at 2am. I’m definitely going back. There are more options on the menu I need to try.“

“We were there for a private party wedding. My partner and I are vegetarian and there is not a lot on the standing menu that is vegetarian or vegan friendly. However, we notified our server and he said he would talk to the chef. With a couple of exceptions of things that they could easily modify from the standing menu, they essentially created an entirely new vegetarian menu for us on the spot. And it was really out of this world. There were so many great and interesting flavors. The staff and kitchen really went out of their way to make sure we were served delicious food along with the rest of the party. There were also two children at our table and they made accommodations to the menu for the kids as well. I would return to Helm in a heartbeat.
