“You can tell the owners care about your dining experience based on the harmony of the front and back of the house. Hostess was pleasant and efficient. Server was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. His recommendation of the Dan Dan noodles - OMG! I might make an hour drive back just to get them again. We read a review about the shrimp tacos and they exceeded expectations. My son got the Bison burger and loved it. Washed it down with a couple tonewood brewing pale ales and guava Paloma’s to cap off a great evening. 10/10 We’ll be back.“

“I ordered delivery through grub hub and I got an egg, turkey sausage (was subbed in from reg sausage no extra charge), chedderjack cheeses, peppers & onions quasidilla, this thing was huge and well balanced between peppers& onions & the proteins..no skimping out- enough for at least 2 but it also comes with a hearty helping of breakfast potatoes on side so if you have a child under 5 it could feed them too probably(I added peppers & onions to potatoes for .75!..also generous) . Everything tasted fresh, perfectly cooked & tortilla was perfect amount of crisp too. It was around 16$ and worth every penny. Just for perspective- I ordered an over cooked spinach omellete from WD last week and it came with 1/2 the home fries (I asked for them to be well done/crispy & they were incinerated with skimpy charred peppers), soggy bread for same price or more“

“I'm very spoiled to live near Sabrina's. If you want to make brunch and *OCCASION* filled with fun but still very casual, go here! Whenever my friends or visiting company are inspired to find brunch, Sabrina's always comes up! Staff are always SO nice and service is superb despite how busy it can get. The food always slaps, portions are fantastic, and everything is fresh. Love that they have a seasonal menu so there's always something new to try! It can get hard, admittedly, because all the food is so good you're split between "do I want my usual" and "oh dang that other item looks GOOD."They offer a bustling take-out service and delivery through apps. If you want to dine-in, either get there early or be mentally prepared to hear there is a waitlist. I think the longest we've waited was during a holiday weekend with beautiful weather and it took about 40 minutes-- but we did not mind! We can occasionally walk right up to be seated depending on the time and day. Note: NO RESERVATIONS to keep it fair!TL;DR Sabrina's is fabulous and I'm already hoping I can find an excuse to go in the near future, haha.Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious, thoughtful vegetarian options!Dietary restrictions: the menu is pretty clearly labeled but you should always ask your serverParking: very limited street parking!Kid-friendliness: they have a kid's menu and high chairs available by requestWheelchair accessibility: there are steps leading into the restaurant's main entrance“

“A total Fairmount treasure! Wings are among the best I’ve eaten in Philly, and so flavorful. Glad I opted for 7 instead of a dozen, because they are gigantic; so juicy, meaty, and crispy. Perfectly salty fries with delicious aioli are also truly some of the best spuds. They’re thick af but still manage to achieve that elusive crisp exterior and fluffy interior. I’m picky about caesar salad but my caesar side was again…one of the best caesars. Yes, there’s no doubt a trend to this meal. The Dancing Gnome on draft delivered and our server was terrific. Hope to return in a week or two for one of their glorious burgers! God bless Bad Brother.“

“After many years since first visiting K'Far we decided to give it another go & boy oh boy were we happily rewarded. So much so that we went 2 days in a row over this holiday season. The restaurant is brightly lit & the staff are as warm & welcoming as the atmosphere. Despite the fact that there may always be a wait for a table it really is never a problem because they will take you name & number & text when your table is ready. Another convenience is when finished with your meal your server runs your check right then & there through the use of a handheld card reader. The best part of it all though is the menu & food itself. The Jerusalem bagels are thin & perfectly griddled each filled with various ingredients and the salads are not to be missed. We highly recommend this dining destination & are already looking towards the next return.“

I had the burger and fries + the key lime pie dessert along with 2 cocktails. A relatively straightforward order, but a very memorable experience. Some of the flavors were otherworldly, especially in the mezcal and tequila cocktails. There is also something special and cinematic about the ambiance. “Came here for brunch on a Sunday and would definitely come back again when I'm in town! Such a nice aesthetic in the inside as well - we sat in the garden area which I LOVED - got the warmth of the sun.All you can eat breakfast for $35, which includes coffee, water, and juices (I personally loved the grapefruit juice). I appreciated that it wasn't just your typical breakfast spread, they had a lot of different options. Omelet bar, donut station, lox and bagels, tons of pastries, biscuits and gravy, chicken and waffles, tomato pizza, and so much more. The lox with capers and red onion, as well as the omelet (got everything in it) were my personal favorites. I went with a friend and we got a small bite of almost everything there, splitting everything to get the full experience of trying everything without the food waste. The only thing that was a little annoying was that there was a table decently close to the one side of the serving area which made it hard for more than one person to fit through at a time.Service was great; she didn't rush us out of there (we were catching up!) and always cleared our plates before we got back with our next dishes. Also made sure our water and coffee was always full.“

“We made a 7 man reservation at 9pm for I and a friend’s birthday. We enjoyed a chefs tasting menu since it was so late and, from that, I can say that every dish here is made exceptionally well. Every morsel of food was an amazing experience and a blend of complex flavors. The pasta and protein was hearty and cooked to perfection, and the desserts were phenomenal. The fusion of savory and sweet is utilized masterfully at Chez Hansi, in a way I’ve never never experienced before. I ofttimes had to look at the kitchen in shock, since I couldn’t believe that the meal was coming from one (incredibly skilled) chef in a home sized kitchen. This place is an experience, and anyone looking to have exceptional food should be excited to eat at Chez Hansi. Maybe even honored.“

My issue is that, when compared with other similar multi course options in Philly at the same price range, I wasn't impressed with the food. Everything was prepared perfectly fine, but overall dishes were either on the blander side (such as the fish and desserts) or odd (such as the sweetbread). The tortellini was fantastic though and a standout.Would I come back? Sure, if friends wanted to go. But there are other prix fixe restaurants I prefer in Philly at the moment.“

“Redcrest Kitchen is the Cafe / Diner on 6th St. just a one block south of Philadelphia's famous South St.; In other words, it's right where all of the action is. On this rare rather warm Saturday (short sleeve shirt in Philadelphia in Mid-March-really?) we got a outdoor table for our brunch and basked in the sun. My wife shared a hotdog and Caesar salad with my sons girlfriend, my son also had a Caesar with an order of fries and I had their very good; 2 scrambled eggs A wedge of excellent hash browns Two breakfast sausages And some whole grain toast To say we were all "Happy Campers" with this first rate meal combined with accomplished service would be an understatement. Along with a not too expensive bill, made this trip to the Redcrest Kitchen an outstanding experience.“

“It was surprisingly a wonderful place. I was a little leary when I heard the name, because I grew up in Kensington, & strived to get away from there as a kid, but now,.....now it's the new hip spot to be, & this place checked all the boxes of a place I'd like to have in my suburban neighborhood. Good food, nice outdoor dining space, I like how they kept a lot of the original inside from the early 1900's, slate floor & everything. I'd like to go back sometime.“

“The food was delicious, albeit pricy, and was neatly complemented by the DJ set as part of their spring happy hour celebrations. I enjoyed just about every part of my experience, aside from moderately slow service. I'd still recommend this hotel-lobby-bar to anyone looking for a lightly upscale good time.“

“So fricking delicious! We walked in on a Friday night and were able to snag a seat at the kitchen bar. That was almost a bad idea because then we wanted to try everything. Everything was phenomenal from appetizers, cocktails, dinner to dessert. I would highly recommend. We heard the menu rotates but we enjoyed the red curry chicken liver toast, roasted purple carrots, gougeres, chickpea pinasse, fluke and lemon tart!“

“Had not eaten the food, so I can't comment. But having worked as a fine dining bartender in Los Angeles, I was blown away by their cocktails. Their menu made the mixology need in me geek out. My friend and I went there for a quick drink between movies on Christmas day. And we were very pleased with the experience.“

“This place is one of our mainstays. The vegan wings are great even our non vegan friends love themSandwiches and entrees are always a hit and the drink specials are wonderful. Only down side is its popular so its pretty busy in weekends and there's usually a wait during the regular meal hours.Parking: There's free parking across the street in the Acme parking lot. It says they tow if you're not a customer of the Acme but I've never been towed nor have I seen anyone get towed. There's slightly more difficult street parking as well of you'd prefer not to risk it.“
