“I recently celebrated a milestone birthday with a dinner at Elwood with family and friends. Chef Adam and Jenny were wonderful to work with and the meal was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved the venison scrapple amuse bouche. We shared several orders of perogies and cheese platters to kick off the meal, followed by a couple of orders of the tri- tip beef, the sea bass, and the rabbit, which are served family style with a whole host of accompaniments, including exceptional mashed potato that got rave reviews and deserves it's own mention. Several of the diners had never had rabbit, but they all tried it and it was a hit! I already have plans to come with some friends for an afternoon tea, and my husband and I will definitely be back for dinner and/or one of the dining events that Chef Adam hosts. Adam & Jenny, thank you for my birthday dinner one to remember!💖“

“We got married here on 11/07/2025 and it was truly the best day. Sam, Marie and the whole team were spectacular. They made the planning process so easy. They were all very responsive, helpful and accommodating! The day of staff was simply amazing. I did not worry about a thing! The cocktail hour was the best!! My guests are still talking about it! The night was absolutely perfect. The grounds are beautiful and maintained perfectly. There are SOO many great spots for pictures. The Mansion was a fantastic place to get married!“

“Came in from traveling - they found me and my wife and my 4 children comfortable seating. Fast friendly service. She came over multiple times to check in. When the kids were super load, she was quick to say it was ok and they were not bothering anyone. The ambiance was very inviting and the food was beyond delicious - plentiful portions. Backdoor pizza is also outback🤫. Only drawback is whenever me and my lady come in one female barkeep seems to purposely avoid greeting us or serving us. We sit at the bar and she’ll stay away like she playing defense for Manchester United and then when one of her co workers takes care of us she speak to any new patrons that come in and sit near us. Location was very accessible to major highways, ample parking and great staff.
I ordered a filet mignon and it was delicious. The side of rice was also delicious.

The dessert could be shared with 2 to 3 people. It was massive, and I had the cheese cake.“

We loved every course we had; a unique caesar salad (with grilled broccolini and fennel!), the "world's best hotdog" (a wagyu hotdog on a delicious buttery roll which truly was the world's best hotdog), truffle gnocchi mac 'n cheese, roasted peach confit duck, and barbecued chili lime pork. Friendly staff all around beginning with receptionist who gave us a little tour of the layout. Our server was so busy very pleasant and attentive, food was excellent, high quality and delicious. After dinner went to the outside bar where the band was performing. Again very pleasant and attentive servers. If you’ve been there you know, if not make plans to go. “We had such a great experience at Applebee’s! The food was delicious, but Ki, our server, really made our visit! 🥰 She was nothing short of friendly, warm, attentive, and so funny. Our whole group loved her and we were already saying we’d definitely ask for her again next time! 😂❤
She never let our cups run empty and made sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure her tables have a good experience.
We ordered a few appetizer trays to share and got the Prime Rib Dipper sandwich, which was DELICIOUS! 🤤 Everything came out quickly, the wait wasn’t long at all, and the food was really good.

“My server at the bar, his name is Rock Won was such a delight to have as A bartender he helped me navigate the menu Finding me delicious Choices that I would love also allow me to understand that pork will not be served on my mashed potatoes. He made me one of the best drinks in my life. The food was absolutely delicious. He understood customer service he understood, patience and he understood that a person in my age needs help picking out the menu. “Wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. Seafood tower the best part of this $300 meal for 3. Their mussels were good, but had better. Their red fish was delicious. Their keylime pie went in the garbage. Our salads came after the meal, Ceasars with bread crumbs no croutons and definitely no anchovy, which i find odd for a seafood place. I dine out quite a bit, this was mediocre at best. Wont be going back. Would consider it if they had a liquor license just for the tower.“

Had some incredibly fresh oysters, cheese, watermelon salad and an incredible chocolate cake with caramel drizzle. The service was kind without being too much. “I was having the hardest time finding somewhere with Eggs Benedict at 2pm. I told them I had little time and they got me seated and a waitress over to order immediately. Food came quick! The restaurant is clean and well kept. The staff were wonderful. The food was AWESOME. I’m not sure I’ve ever had a better eggs benedict . The servings are huge, I got a jersey boy with spinach and there was a ton of pork roll and spinach on it. Home fries were crispy. Adding this to the top of the breakfast spot list!“

“Michael and his team have created a wonderful neighborhood gem. My family and I had a variety of menu items and everything was delicious. Great idea to mix fresh mushrooms in with the burger meat. Makes it so flavorful and moist and adds umami richness. The teriyaki chicken , broccoli rabe, lentil soup and patatas bravas were also exceptionally tasty. Believe or not I didn’t order any kombucha. I wasn’t that familiar with it, but Mike had me try a couple samples - strawberry and ginger. Refreshing and delicious. Next time I’ll certainly order it. The dining area is nicely decorated and inviting. And they even have a small kombucha bar with comfortable stools. If you haven’t already give Booch House a try. The prices are very reasonable, too! Right on the main drag in lovely Haddon Heights.“
