“I recently celebrated a milestone birthday with a dinner at Elwood with family and friends. Chef Adam and Jenny were wonderful to work with and the meal was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved the venison scrapple amuse bouche. We shared several orders of perogies and cheese platters to kick off the meal, followed by a couple of orders of the tri- tip beef, the sea bass, and the rabbit, which are served family style with a whole host of accompaniments, including exceptional mashed potato that got rave reviews and deserves it's own mention. Several of the diners had never had rabbit, but they all tried it and it was a hit! I already have plans to come with some friends for an afternoon tea, and my husband and I will definitely be back for dinner and/or one of the dining events that Chef Adam hosts. Adam & Jenny, thank you for my birthday dinner one to remember!💖“

“My dining experience at the newly renovated Friday’s in Bensalem Pennsylvania was outstanding. My food: the center cut sirloin, mashed potatoes and broccoli were sensational. This meal made me want to continue eating it even after my stomach was full. My guest’s food: the fried shrimp, French fries and coleslaw was reported as delicious. Everything was cooked as requested and seasoned well. Our server Pauline was attentive, and she did not wait for me and my guest to ask for what we wanted. She acted on her own initiative to get us what we needed. A warm welcome was received by the Manager Michelle who made us feel like valued customers. Dining at Friday’s made me feel great.“

“I love this place. They have some of the freshest distinct cocktail that I’ve seen that hasn’t been from a fancy spot or a speakeasy. They usually have a special and or some fresh fish. Backdoor pizza is also outback🤫. Only drawback is whenever me and my lady come in one female barkeep seems to purposely avoid greeting us or serving us. We sit at the bar and she’ll stay away like she playing defense for Manchester United and then when one of her co workers takes care of us she speak to any new patrons that come in and sit near us. Not sure what that could be but otherwise 5 ⭐️’s.“

“Came in from traveling - they found me and my wife and my 4 children comfortable seating. Fast friendly service. She came over multiple times to check in. When the kids were super load, she was quick to say it was ok and they were not bothering anyone. The ambiance was very inviting and the food was beyond delicious - plentiful portions. My 7 year old said it best - A 11 out of 11!!!! Shout out to Taylor who was beyond lovely. Will 1000 percent be back again.“

“The place itself was beautiful the host to the waitress was very friendly and didn’t mind a conversation. Everything was delicious to the appetizers to the courses. The only thing that wasn’t great was the NY stripe aged steak. I asked for it to be cooked medium rare but this was the worst chewy steak I ever had. I saved majority of it to see if I could fix it at home but no luck. Just not the best quality steak and was hoping it was due to grill being in the name. They only charged $8 bucks for that little dollop of butter on top of the steak. The best thing we had was the scallops they are to die for! They melt in your mouth and the flavor was fantastic. I would come again just wouldn’t get their steak again.“

“Not sure where to start. 10 out of 10 out of 10!! What a fabulous experience. I am in the food industry and hired Foodwerx to cater my wedding. I know what quality looks like and this was a winner all around. The servers where pleasant, professional and timely. The food was beyond outstanding! Everyone raved about it and I am still hearing about the food two months later. Roxanne was my coordinator and she is spunky, professional, super friendly and executed the night flawlessly. Shes a pro! She is sweet, had great ideas and saw my vision and made sure it was not just executed, but beyond! I love this company and can't wait to have a reason to use them again! “Great restaurant! Natural food that is a nice departure from the fried stuff, although that is good on occasion. I am vegan, so this restaurant fills a pretty essential gap for me - vegan, healthy, quick, and affordable.

On the downside, I noticed today when ordering that there were tons more options at the downtown Philadelphia location things like an awesome breakfast menu, including a vegan burrito, and other side like a strawberries salad maybe some of these things are just out of stock at the moment. They could also use some vegan desserts, and maybe eventually some alternatives for vegan protein. Also, it would be nice to see a vegan mac & cheese, which is pretty easy to make and other vegan cheese dishes. Finally, I appreciate the sauces, especially the vegan aïoli, but barbecue and buffalo would be a nice addition. Overall, I really hope this place sticks around.“

“Kia was our service and when i tell you she is the bomb.com. She made my family feel like we was the only ones she was attending too. She had 4 other tables, but she made all the tables feel like we was top priority. She’s very amazing with children and you can tell she really loves her job. The manger Steven (i think that was his name) came and checked on the table and let us know Kia is definitely one of the best. I’ll be back for sure on Kia shift.

We loved every course we had; a unique caesar salad (with grilled broccolini and fennel!), the "world's best hotdog" (a wagyu hotdog on a delicious buttery roll which truly was the world's best hotdog), truffle gnocchi mac 'n cheese, roasted peach confit duck, and barbecued chili lime pork. “Recently went there with a group of 8 guys. The bartender (Princess) Diana was phenomenal! She couldn't do enough for us. Extremely energetic, nice and accommodating. Food was delicious (garlic parm wings, honey hot wings, fries and mini panzerattis). Snuck a piece of my buddies cheesesteak and I'm glad I did! Highly recommend Gleasons.“

“This is our new favorite spot to grab a cocktail. They have a wonderful selection of craft cocktails, mead, beer, and wine. Bartenders are very friendly and always happy to recommend a good selection if you aren’t sure. The atmosphere has a great vibe and I always love the music selections on their playlists. Jenkintown has a few nice BYOB restaurants so this is a great place to stop for drink beforehand or nightcap afterwards. It really rounds out the evening!“

Friendly staff all around beginning with receptionist who gave us a little tour of the layout. Our server was so busy very pleasant and attentive, food was excellent, high quality and delicious. After dinner went to the outside bar where the band was performing. Again very pleasant and attentive servers. If you’ve been there you know, if not make plans to go. Thank you Union House for a very pleasant evening.“

“This is the best sandwich shop in the Philly area. It’s attached to the Home Depot store n Bustleton ave. It’s hard to believe there isn’t a line out the door. I believe it’s due to the large Ukrainian population in the area.“

“It was kinda dead on a Wednesday, but after 3 bars and getting hungry stopped at Cheers Cafe on Westmoreland st in Port Richmond...for a pint...early enough they served food. Had a pint and some soup and OMG!!! Soup was amazing..made from scratch and was freaking delicious. Didn't even want to drink anymore wanted to just keep eating...Ordered crab balls to go...he he he!!! Then ordered whatever they had left with the soup...I am so enjoying my day off with the soup!!!! DEFINATELY A PLACE TO STOP FOR FOOD...SO YUMMY!!!“
