Recently tried DOHO when when trying to order tacos from our usual places on Cinco de Mayo but the kids didn't want to wait 2+ hours and couldn't have been more impressed with this new hidden gem in Mt. Airy. Creative dishes and everything we ordered was delicious. Only tried about half the options between our family of 5 so definitely need to order again soon!
First time ordering DOHO Taqueria tonight and it was PHENOMENAL. Every single bite of food, from the bowls to the tacos to the dessert, was absolutely delicious. The flavors were so unique and bold, unlike anything I’ve had before. The portion size was just right and pricing is reasonable enough to make this a new go-to option for takeout. Loved our dinner at dohō! It’s a small, intimate space with a really romantic vibe and a bar area. The service was great and everything we had, from the food to the drinks, was phenomenal. Definitely get the ribeye, it’s SO good.

Dohō restaurant is a hidden gem in Mount Airy and the Philly food scene. The restaurant serves great food with a fusion experience. The lamb ribs are a must-try, and the scallop crudo and tuna tartar are also delightful. Other popular dishes include the coconut braised short rib, rad pasta, beets, sunchoke terrines, squid ink pasta, pappardelle, and duck with a side of brussel sprouts. The cocktails are well-balanced, with the Oaxaca Flocka being a perfect choice. The staff and service are excellent, with attentive and friendly servers. The restaurant has a modern but cozy atmosphere, making it easy to have a conversation. The restaurant also offers extra touches like hot, warm towels and little cookies with the check. The carrot cake is also amazing. Overall, Dohō restaurant is a great addition to the Mount Airy restaurant scene, and it deserves to be visited again.
