“My favorite place for breakfast AND lunch! Taco Heart has consistently delicious breakfast tacos and the best queso in town. This summer on my bestie’s wedding day we called them about 30 minutes before close and ordered A LOT of chorizo tacos for the bride and they happily obliged and added special treats - a kindness and a memory i carry with me!

“It took me a while to find my go to tacos here. I tried a few of their rotating ones. However, the last time I visited, I tried the steak fajita tacos and now I'm obsessed. Their happy hour is great! $5 margs? You can't beat that. I also love their bbq wings and their guac.“

It's a small restaurant, but there's an extension for extra seats on the other side and out in the front. There is no parking on site. The same consistent service and food every time.“

“We got the steak and chicken tacos and they were so good. The tacos without the sauces were good but the green sauce was next level. Also you have to try the agua frescas. We got the watermelon and it was so refreshing. Would definitely recommend.“

“I'd give this 5 stars had I known the tacos were going to be corn. Not a fan of the corn taco, but, if I was forced to pick a corn taco, this would be it. The fajitas were off the charts. The spicy sauce that came with the fajitas was delicious; I would buy it by the bucket. The guacamole is some of the best I've ever had. Didn't love the tomatillo sauce. Rice and beans were alright. The woman taking orders was ultra pleasant. The wait was long enough to let me know that my food was being made to order but not so long that my kids were screaming in the car. Nice little touch with the individually wrapped lime pieces.“

“The food is great . They by far make the best tacos in the area. I especially love the chorizo and beef tongue tacos. My only gripe is that the lady who takes your order will over charge you. So make sure your getting the food your paying for. At first I thought I was tripping when I noticed that she charged me more for the same amount and kind of tacos i normally order than what the other guys charged me. I said something about it today and she said she had added one more taco to my order because she misheard me. (they dont give you the extra taco they charged you for). I would have been understanding had this been the first time but it was not. They did refund me for the extra taco when i said something about it. I have also heard other customers make the same complaint as me while waiting for my order. As a guy who spends most of his day working I am often too tired to double check my order and I have missed it a few times in the past . Its not right. I just want an easy meal at the end of my day without being ripped off. The tacos are great though i highly recommend the food“

“Great Mexican food! Chips and salsa were extra good! Had the vegan enchilada it was so flavorful! Hubby had the cheese enchilada and someone had the chimichangas they really raved about that! Dined in service was okay.

“Hard to know when this guy will actually be open but when he is, ohhhh man is it amazing. Most authentic tacos I think you can probably find in philly. Oh and it's a taco truck! The picture of the restaurant is deceptive. You can eat in the park nearby or do take away. No indoor seating.“

“I stopped into this spot after Joel, the owner, had posted it out on another platform. The street tacos were deliciously messy. There was such a great portion of meat on each taco I was only able to eat 3 of 4. The ability to customize my taco was wonderful! Ask for extra napkins + limes. I will be returning often here for sure. Plus, they cater! And there are even delivery options. Great local, neighborhood spot! 5 out of 5!“

“I love the idea of Unity and what they stand for, but my review of their taqueria is the same as their coffee shop.

The food is pretty good. Lots of vegetarian options. I've never seen anyone actually eat inside this place. It's cold and reminds me of a locker room. They do have some outdoor tables which I have seen people eat at, though it's along a very busy road.

Ordering is the same as their coffee shop, you poke at the screens in front of the workers without talking to anyone.

Again, overall great concept. I love that they hire formerly incarcerated folks and care about recovery. At the same time, it's still not giving community vibes inside the actual restaurant.“

“Amazing food! The servings are very hearty! You absolutely get your money's worth! They serve the biggest and meatiest birria tacos I've ever had! And you can tell the consome is the real deal because there's actually some meat in the bowl! The chips were a bit on the darker side, but they were definitely still tasty.“

“Yes they take cards, and bring a tip too ?because you won’t regret it, my coworker suggested it, let’s just say she wasn’t wrong this food was delicious; she suggested the smoked wing platter( I got honey sriracha) and the crab rice( I got that too) the wing platter I gave to my son and we both enjoyed our food and yes I tasted his??‍♀️ both were nice size portions. In addition, we tried the lemonade which was great and the banana pudding was right on time and good too, and next time I’m getting something else because I’m sure I want to try all the things ? “Barcade in Fishtown is a great spot if you’re into classic arcade games. They’ve got a solid selection, and it’s a lot of fun to just hang out and play. The food is decent—typical bar stuff but good. Drinks are a little expensive, but that’s pretty normal around here. I did notice Quick n Crash isn’t there anymore, I heard they moved it to Center City. Overall, it’s a cool place to spend a night with friends, especially if you love arcade games. Pretty good rotation selection of Pinball machines too.“
