Hi-Lo is the be all end all Philly experience for me. Sean, Leah, and the rest of the staff are absolute angels. I've been a regular here for quite some time now and it never misses. I don't live in the city anymore but whenever I'm nearby I HAVE to stop by. Sean is the best bartender in this city. They were there for me and my friends last year when a close friend passed, they cried with us and made sure we had something good to eat, and same goes now when my mom passed.
