Food is great very creative I’d recommend the shrimp taco, new favorite place drinks are good too not watered down like other places. Service here is awesome. Leah is great our second visit she remembered my name she treats her regulars like we visit everyday. At one point I thought she was the owner bc she does such a great job running the place. This is now my favorite place to go.

Came here to try the tacos and can say they are very good. There is a lot to try on the menu but I don’t think you will be disappointed. A pretty nice atmosphere and reasonably priced food. They have good happy hour deals for both food and drinks too. I would stopping by this place if you want to try a New Mexican

Hi-Lo is a great option if you're in the city and you're in the mood for some tacos and margaritas ? they have excellent happy hour menu options and drinks. They also give you the option of 1-3 tacos at the happy hour price (separate menu) I had the braised pork tacos and they were ???? they also make their chips in house so they're nice and hot when they're served! I want to say that I spent about $26 myself and the check for a total of 6 is about $100-152 so keep that in mind if you're gonna say "my treat" ? but I would definitely go again.

I walk past here routinely but had never been in until lunch today. Glad I did, food and service were excellent! Prices were great for what are essentially artisan tacos. Great flavor and staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Mushroom tacos were amazing. Waiter recommended them and I was skeptical. The flavor and texture was amazing. Great tacos and service was great.
We just found this gem last night. The food was fabulous, we tried a few of the different tacos and each one was delicious. The margarita's were on point, definitely try the Green Spicy! The waitstaff and management were very friendly as well. We will definitely be back.

After seeing Hi-Lo Taco featured on 6ABC by Boyington and looking at Hi-Lo's website it was added to mu "want to go" list. I finally went with my bestie foodie friend and wow we were not disappointed from the door. We were greeted by the bartender (maybe owner?), the decor was nicely done in good taste, our server was very nice and attentive and the overall dining area looked clean. Now to the food, it was tacos, salsa and chips with a side of fresh guac. The salsa was delicious and "goldilocks " just right for us, not too spicy with a smokey flavor. The heirloom corn in-house chips were a nice match. We both ordered the chicken fajita tacos which were very good my foodie in crime also ordered the crispy shrimp taco and said it was very good too. I ordered the mushroom asada taco and WOW it was delicious and my favorite. We both left with orders to go to enjoy later. We didn't order any of the margaritas but on our next trip we will when we have time and nowhere else to go afterwards. The bar is a nice size with good seating and high top tables across from it. The drink menu looks very refreshing. We could use a location across the river to join the new development in Burlington....hint hint.
