Such a memorable dining experience! The menu is creative and full of interesting flavor combinations, with a great mix of Vietnamese-inspired dishes and modern twists. The Crispy Squash Blossoms and Imperial Pork & Tasso-Crab Spring Rolls were fantastic starters, and the Lemongrass Smoked Beef Short Rib was rich, tender, and beautifully prepared.

I absolutely loved my experience here! The food was incredible, the staff was so welcoming, and Carolyn is such a talented chef. You can really tell how much care and creativity goes into every dish.
We tried the banh canh, chicken liver mousse, betel leaf beef, dumplings, lotus salad, and the fish with rice. The betel leaf beef with the pineapple sauce was one of my favorites, but the fish with rice and short ribs completely stole the show for me. SO good.

Menu was very interesting, everything we ordered was amazing. Daikon grits fries and hoi an chicken were both standouts. Will have to come back and try the rest.
