“I’m just in the area visiting and was craving an açaí bowl like I get from a Playa Bowls near home frequently. The 2 girls working, I believe their name tags said Maddie and Angel were so kind to me and were very quick and efficient. Would visit again!“

“I don’t even know where to begin this place is the best. The shakes are all amazing, the workers are always so friendly and in a good mood. They have an inscan body scale that does a break down of your body which is super helpful& the employees take their time to go over the results with you. I recently started the meal plan but there’s no pressure to cancel or pause unlike any other places. & the food is GOOD! I’ve tried the rise and shine tacos& Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese & they were amazing! The owners of this one - Heather and her husband Joe- are great people. I also love the fact that I can scan/search the food on my fitness pal& it logs it correctly with ease. I found this gem after joining burn boot camp and I’m so happy I did! Try it you won’t regret it!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“

“I’ve been coming here continuously through the years now and the food is always consistently good, the prices are fair and the owner goes out of his way to make sure you’re taken care of. In the land of little South Philly and endless sandwich shops, it’s nice to have a healthier option that also tastes great. Do yourselves a favor and try this place if you haven’t already. You won’t be sorry.“

“The Plata Bowl location is conveniently situated along Chestnut Street. The interior is quite small, featuring only four tables. The staff are friendly and attentive to allergy concerns. The bowls are enjoyable, and the fresh juices are equally good. As with most Playa locations, prices range from $13 to $15 per bowl. It's a great spot for a morning pick-me-up.“

“This was my first time ever visiting PLAYA BOWLS. When I first walked in, I was greeted by the manager Jess she was friendly and that warm welcome in set the stage for me to want to continue my experience. I wasn’t sure how to order on the kiosk and Ed suggested the app and he assisted me with downloading and completing my order. He was very helpful and his personality won me over! An establishment that has great employees that are smiling and engaging making sure your order is accurately fulfilled to your liking gets a five-star rating. The environment was clean and they had a rest room for customers that was also clean. Third I would love to give a shout out to Crystal the employee who made my bowl. It was delicious! OMG I never had one before and it tasted so so good! Thank you Playa Bowls - Northern Liberties location for a first-time wonderful experience. The entire team that worked yesterday was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!“

“Absolutely love an Acai Nutella bowl with peanut butter. I could eat this daily 😋“
“The staff here are fine, I think it's the owner of the whole company.I think they heard poke is fashionable and added it to their menu without realizing the dish's actual aspects. The cook who put it together is great. She made it beautifully. But it isn't poke. It's salad with raw tuna. Disappointing.“

“Turning point is a great spot to go to if you're hungry and looking for a quick breakfast or brunch. The only problem is the long wait times that usually occur at every location. The food is fresh and they even have gluten-free options. My girlfriend hates that I write these reviews.“
“I like the crack rocks ?
Parking: Some people are really possessive about their parking spots and we'll come out and yell at you or try to fight you. I had a bunch of guys get behind my car and say I couldn't leave until I paid the money lol. I told him I was getting that 1 way or another and read the engine and slammed in reverse and I got away. He also lefto watch out for the police. I will park on one side and walk to the other to get my drugs . Because when I parked in front of the set, 2 days in a row cops flew up to me and started screaming at me“
